GoogleI’ve had the most positive experience in my years of searching for an apartment. Kevin Galvez from KFH went above and beyond for me. He understood all my concerns and questions and addressed and dealt with each one of them with the utmost professionalism. Kevin is not only professional, but incredibly approachable and friendly. GoogleI have recently found a property to rent for me and my little one. Kevin from KFH was so helpful, it was the first time renting in london where i felt like an estate agent genuinely cared if we found a nice place to live, and supported us in getting a strong application to the landlord. GoogleAn absolutely horrendous and scarring experience. I was clear and transparent about my particular situation throughout the entire process - with estate agent Christopher Waweru, yet was informed just one week before my move in date (after multiple calls were ignored/ dodged) that not only was I not moving in, but that they would keep my holding deposit. I was told my offer was 'dead in the water' and was offered no help at all. Shelley Matczak was particularly rude, I've never been spoken to like that from a professional in my life. Luckily I was able to file a complaint to a third party company and have gotten my money back.

GoogleI contacted KHF Blackheath regarding home renting. Wow, Christopher Waweru was incredible. His outstanding communication skills and prompt response to my request delighted me. He ensured all the necessary information was passed and paid close attention to every detail. He was also available to receive calls courteously, this was also the same for his colleague Dammy. One of the challenges I encountered with other agencies stemmed from their failure to return calls when the letting negotiator was unavailable or not on duty. This was not the case for KFH Blackheath, calls were returned promptly as promised. Christopher was so efficient! I enthusiastically recommend KFH Blackheath; they have an outstanding workforce. With them, renting an apartment is stress-free. Thank you, Christopher, Dammy and the entire team.

GoogleIt was an awesome experience working with KFH to find the beautiful and comfortable flat we now live in. Kevin Galvez Andrade was of immense help from start to finish of the letting process, even when we had missed out on the first 2 flats we viewed, Kevin still offered us a third option and worked extra hard to ensure we meet up with all required checks and especially the move in date. GoogleLynne has done a fantastic job at selling our flat! She arranged a lot of viewings and was always communicative both before and after each viewing. We received multiple offers quickly and, when one offer fell through, she provided a new, higher offer on the same day! She has been great throughout the subsequent back and forth between the buyer, solicitors and related agents and has been instrumental to getting us to completion. Thank you Lynne! Would definitely recommend her services as an agent.
