We have just completed on our first home and KFH, and Zac Norris in particular, have been so excellent throughout the whole process. There were so many complications throughout with onward parts of the chain, but Zac was so committed to doing everything in his power to push this along and it really felt as though he kept our best interests front of mind the whole time, even working over time to give us updates. Given how stressful the process is, it was such a comfort to have an agent who was so communicative and transparent (and so nice to work with), constantly keeping us up to date and providing solutions. Could not recommend more and we’ll certainly be using KFH again!

Special thanks to Lewis James, for expertly handling our valuation and several of our viewings in recent months, and to Lynne Baker, who worked extremely hard supporting us and our buyers to get the sale over the line. Lynne went above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations. Of all the advisers involved in the sale of the house and Mum's probate, she was the one who drove things forward. She was readily available (we had numerous chats outside office hours) and really understood the human side to selling in these circumstances. She was always cheerful and managed to pick me up at a couple of low points but was also honest and realistic and did a great job negotiating because of the time she took to get to know the parties involved. I have no doubt that without Lynne we would not have got to exchange with the buyer.
