GoogleHonestly cannot recommend these guys enough, especially Shelley she was brilliant. My girlfriend and I were looking to move out of her parents and were provided great support and advice. Due to a change in career for myself we have had to hold back on the move at least for a little while but as soon as we are ready we will be back to speak with Shelley and the team

GoogleThe KFH Blackheath office fully managed my property for over ten years and being an overseas landlord I really appreciated their professionalism and efficiency in consistently finding good tenants and dealing with property maintenance. I was happy to hand the property over recently to KFH to sell on my behalf and Raphael and the team made the whole process about as straight-forward and stress -free as a house sale can be. Much appreciated!

GoogleWe dealt with KFH on both letting and purchase. The agent Priyesh Barot has been helpful in the whole process from showing me the property all the way through to the exchange of contract, with very efficient communication between the vendor, solicitors, mortgage brokers and myself and good knowledge of the market. I certainly recommend them as the go-to estate agents in the south east London area.

I've been renting for over 15 years and this has been by far the easiest and smoothest move to date. It really felt from the beginning that Kaan was on our side, reversing any negative thoughts on letting agents that may have built up over the years! My trust in letting agents has been restored!

GoogleI had a great service from Kevin, he was very helpful and helped myself and my flat mate get a great flat all within 2 weeks of our first conversation. He went outside his work hours to help make sure everything was going smoothly and even when we had some obstacles, he was very helpful in resolving them.

GoogleBig lettings agents are pretty much never good to work with, but KFH in Blackheath were actually excellent! Super communicative, efficient and friendly. Everything was sent to us right when it was meant to, we spoke to the same person from start to end, and from initial contact to key handover it all went smoothly - more than I can say about our last agent. Shout out to Sam for being great.

GoogleI was looking for a property to rent, and few agent show some properties too. But at the end KFH show me a property. and I rented that property already. Their service is excellent, specially estate agent Kaan Danis gave me a excellent customer service. Kaan worked hard for me till I moved to the property. GoogleOverall a great experience. Very friendly staff who made the whole process for us, first time renters in the UK as smooth as it could be. Kelly Walcott was our letting agent and she did a fantastic job in communicating the requirements and details clearly and in a timely manner. GoogleLynne did a great job during our recent house purchase, and really went above and beyond to make sure the process was as smooth as possible. A really noticeable difference between KFH and the other agents in Blackheath, in terms of enthusiasm and engagement. Lynne proactively arranged a block booking with us, and filled the time with viewings based on our criteria. This gave us a really good understanding of the options available to us, and we ultimately bought a property from her initial list.

GoogleDealt with both Chris Early and Priyesh Barot on the sale of our house. Felt they were genuinely interested and committed to get the best value for us which resulted in a sale close to our offer price. Responsiveness was always <8 working hours and mostly shorter then that. Always professional and kept cool even in these tougher COVID conditions. Would recommend.
