GoogleKFH Blackheath were great & sold our home very quickly. We were on the market with another well known local agent which just wasn't working before Chris Early and his team took on the property in a tough climate. They were instantly proactive and found a solid buyer within 2 weeks. I would HIGHLY recommend.

GoogleWe just moved into a new apartment with the help of Elliott from KFH, Black heath and we could not be more happy with the support provided to us. KFH were fast, reliable, thorough and more importantly available to us when ever we needed them. Highly recommend them.

GoogleLynne Baker of KFH is absolutely fantastic. Without her I doubt my sale would have gone through. She goes that extra mile every time. She’s a real asset for KFH, who also did exactly what they said they’d do - they sold my flat after other agents failed.

GoogleI’ve seen few apartments with KFH yesterday and they were absolutely stunning, unfortunately they did not have a parking space so I had to go with a different Estate agency. However, I can highly recommend them especially Christopher Waweru. He’s been incredibly helpful and very professional. Will definitely recommend him to all my friends.

GoogleKFH in black heath were great to deal with and in Particular Sam Mears worked tirelessly to try and find us our perfect let. Unfortunately on this occasion we never rented a property through KFH but Sam was fantastic during our search showing us many homes and keeping up a high effort to locate more suitable properties.

GoogleKate Manocheo was brilliant in helping us secure the house we'd gone to great lengths to buy: prompt, vivacious and knowledgeable, she made the viewings a pleasure. During the buying process, too, she and the team at KFH were really on the ball, liaising between the solicitors to ensure a speedy exchange, and calming an unrealistically impatient vendor.

GoogleWe had a great experience with KFH. Our flat sale was extremely protracted and difficult because of various issues relating to solicitors and leases etc. Tariq and Matt did an excellent job of keep the sale on track. We were always kept in the loop thanks to them. Finally we completed last week after 9 long months. Would thoroughly recommend KFH Blackheath. These guys go above and beyond.
