GoogleI have been using KFH Blackheath letting and property management for many years and have always found them extremely professional, efficient and knowledgable. I know my properties are in safe hands and they absolutely understand any criteria I set and why. Shelly Matczak recently came to the rescue on a property I owe that had huge issues and implications relating to an inherited letting agency and I could not be happier with the service and professionalism she demonstrated and her team.

GoogleI recently moved to the uk from the us and worked with kfh to find a flat when I was in a desperate time to find one. Marta, the agent I worked with, was more than helpful in providing me with what I needed for the flat I wanted. She was extremely responsive and helped me get every thing I wanted for the flat that I wanted. I would highly reccomend to anyone who is looking for a new home.

GoogleSam showed me and my partner a few flats in Blackheath, he knew exactly what we was looking for and showed us some great properties. Unfortunately we did not rent through KFH this time - however the experience was perfect and Sam was really helpful and polite. Would definately recommend to our friends!

GoogleRecently used Kinleigh Folkard & Haward ("KFH") in Blackheath to rent a flat for me in Greenwich, London SE10. Haven't used their services for a number of years, as I was using a different local rental Agent. Delighted to have gone to back to KFH. Very professional, supportive and efficient service provided by Christopher Waweru and the Blackheath Team. They carry my full recommendation.

GoogleAs an Estate Agent myself I have to say how impressed I was with Kate Manocheo. Kate was really proactive during our property search and her professionalism was head and shoulders above the other agents we dealt with. I would certainly use Kate if we decide to sell our house in the future.

GoogleAfter some searching, the perfect rental property came available through KFH. Once viewed Kelly was instrumental in the securing of the property. In fact without Kelly's positive approach and reassurance I don't believe another agent would have put in the same effort to secure it for us. She was an absolute STAR :-)

GoogleI had an experience with agent Marta. Her communication and interpersonal skills are impressive. Throughout your interactions with her, she was always polite and responsive, taking the time to listen to your concerns and answering your questions in a clear and concise manner. She kept you informed throughout the process and made sure to follow up with you regularly to provide updates on the properties that were available and any changes in the real estate market.
