First Time Renting and Via Agency! Great Experience with the Staff. Straight Forward and to the point. It's been 2 months since I moved in and loving it so far. Exceptional Service from the front office lettings, Myles for setting up the viewing arrangements and Christopher showing me the property, great teamwork and coordination. Furthermore, the coordinator I dealt with Jasmine helped out with all the bank payments set up / tenancy documents and explained clearly on the process during pre-tenancy. In-addition, When I had an issue with the property, the property manager I dealt with, Ramandeep was quick to arrange a contractor and resolve the situation. Additionally, he also helped advising myself with regards to the utilities setup which was very helpful from him. So can't fault the service at all. Only could fault the Check in time/date wasn't met but that's because the Landlord was let down by the contractors. Kin

Although I’ve not managed to find somewhere to buy with kfh on this occasion, they have gained a future client in me. The effort & service I received from Lillie Reilly & the branch manager, Matthew, was head & shoulders above all others I experienced from other estate agents in Blackheath & Greenwich in my search. I just completed a move into a new property managed by Shelley and her lettings team. I was originally working with Christopher who I felt was really looking to find the right property for myself and my family and had understood exactly what type of home we were looking for. He found us a great house. During our referencing process we ran into some difficulties and Shelley was absolutely amazing at helping us sort it out and kept me calm which was a bit of a feat as I was very pregnant and stressing about moving out on time etc. Shelley made sure that any interaction between us and the landlord was smooth and I really felt she went above and beyond in servicing us. I think her turn around time in replying to my emails was like 2 min max. And I don’t think we could have done it without her. So thanks Shelley and team for ensuring we got to move into this amazing new home.

My husband and I purchased our first flat in June of this year. Not only were we using the Help to Buy scheme but wanted to take advantage of the stamp duty holiday. Time was tight and we really needed good solid advice. Nick Cooper acted as our mortgage advisor and we couldn't be happier with the service he provided. He was honest, open and supported us throughout the process. He always picked up the phone when we had questions and went the extra mile to ensure that the mortgage process ran smoothly and quickly. Without him we wouldn't have benefitted from the stamp duty holiday. Buying your first home is scary but having Nick on our side made a huge difference. We definitely recommend him and when the time comes we will be seeking his services again.

I cannot recommend Shelley Matczak and her team highly enough. I have been using KFH to rent my house for the last 4 years. This time she found and moved in a great tenant in less than 3 weeks.
