GoogleWe worked with Lynne Baker to buy our new home. Lynne was kind, efficient, pragmatic, and communicative. Everything you could want in an agent. No request was too big, and she consistently followed up, we never had to chase her for anything. Although Lynne was the buyer's agent, she always treated us as if we were also her clients. I would absolutely recommend Lynne if ever you are purchasing a house.

GoogleJust completed on the sale of my flat with KFH-Blackheath. Lynne was the lead agent. Over the last 20 years I've bought and sold around 40 properties. Lynne would be in my top 3 agents in this time. She stays on top of the conveyancing process to do her utmost to keep both sides to agreed timescales and she communicates between parties very well. I wouldn't hesitate in instructing her again.

GoogleKFH were great - they were able to sell my flat after it had been on the market with a variety of other local estate agents with no success (even though the others had much higher rates). Lynne was wonderful - calling regularly with updates and was a driving force getting everyone aligned and doing whatever needed doing at each step. Thanks Lynne and KFH!

GoogleOn a normal day of stress in finding your next home, I called up KFH Blackheath to enquire a property that I had found via Right Move. A male Letting Agent picked up my call and proceeded to ask the normal questions for their screening process. I stated my salary which wasn't low and the Agent proceeded to completely embarrass me for the few pennies shortfall of their requirement. I have sufficient savings enough to pay the deposit on a house purchase and yet this Agent of KFH Blackheath went on to say Landlords don't need you. You need the Landlord, that's just how the market is. He rambled on for another 2 minutes explaining how I wouldn't meet the standards requirements for any of their listed Properties. It was so hard to take I had to cut the call. The property I was looking to let was a 2 bedroom flat costing around £1,750.00 which I thought was perfect for me and my fiancée. I work in a law firm and my fiancée is a Barrister and our combined salary and savings were sufficient to meet the salary requirement. The Letting Agent, on the other hand, wouldn't let me get a word in, but kept talking to show off his marketing knowledge. His tone was demeaning and unbearable. It was so uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I wouldn't recommend even telephoning KFH to enquire about lettings and if we were purchasing a house, we definitely wouldn't go via KFH. If I wasn't in a rush to get back to work, I would have asked to speak with his Branch Manager.
