GoogleI recently worked with Lynne Baker to sell my flat after KFH Blackheath letting managed the property for the past 13 years. In both cases services have always been excellent but Lynne is exceptional. She follows up, always positive and supportive. I really appreciated her attention and persistence and highly recommend working with her on your sale.

GoogleLynne is absolutely amazing!! She found us the perfect property, got us in to see it before an open house took place, supported us in getting our offer accepted and was super friendly throughout the whole process. I have no doubt that this transaction wouldn't have taken place without Lynne's tenacity and positive attitude. When there were last minute changes to dates / other events Lynne was right by our side supporting with all of our enquiries and ensuring everything ran smoothly, while managing the timelines on both sides of the transaction. Lynne is an absolute gem and a real credit to the KFH office - I've never met a nicer estate agent! Thank you so much Lynne for all of your support and hard work in getting us into our new home.

GoogleI’ve bought and sold many houses yet before meeting Lynne Baker I had never written a review for an estate agent. Lynne is exceptional in her ability to work alongside her clients. She cares and knows what it means to make the right decision, particularly when it comes to buying and selling property. My encounter with Lynne was like having family alongside me, always going that extra mile to address any concerns I had. She’s a professional who knows the importance of providing a good service and cares about how she goes about supporting her clients. Lynne is a good communicator and works in the best interest of her clients. A refreshing quality that is not often seen but is much needed.

GoogleI recently purchased my first home through KFH Blackheath with Catherine Chan. I wouldn’t change anything about the experience - she’s superb! She steered the entire process, ensuring clear communication so that I always understood what was happening, and consistent updates/follow-up with both parties so that everything ran smoothly and we completed on time. And she’s really nice - speaking or writing to Catherine was always easy. She made this experience a real joy for me. I have only positive memories of this journey and so much of it is down to Catherine’s professionalism and her kindness.

GoogleWe recently rented a property through KFH and, more specifically, Chris Waweru. Chris was friendly and informative throughout the entire process and we felt very comfortable dealing with him. I was particularly impressed by Chris’ honesty and transparency, a trait that I have unfortunately found somewhat hard to come by in other agents. Chris also persevered to help us overcome a major obstacle in the renting process, which says a lot about him as both an agent and a man. Thanks again, Chris. Appreciate it!

GooglePart 1 (2023): Earlier this year, 2023, I sold my property in Blackheath with KFH. Marcus and his team were very professional and very helpful, especially at times when the process was challenging - Marcus was great at dealing with the situation and managed to get things moving forward. I highly recommend KFH in Blackheath. Michele Part2 (2019): KFH in Blackheath is great. I own an apartment in Blackheath and they helped me find very good tenants since 2019. Very friendly staff and very competent. Natalie and Jasmine were very helpful throughout the whole process. Over the years I've had the chance to know almost all the estate agencies in Blackheath and I can say with confidence that KFH is the top agency in that area. Shelley, Natalie and Jasmine offer a great service and I highly recommend KFH in Blackheath.

GoogleJust completed on a sale through KFH in Blackheath and the whole experience was amazing through working with Lynne Baker who went above and beyond to make sure everything kept on track and everyone happy. Lynne demonstrated outstanding communication and highest level of care and support at every stage of the process and worked with integrity and honesty with all parties. Not all estate agents are the same and I would fully recommend Lynne as one of the best!

GoogleThe 5 stars reflect months of working with my KFH team, that is what I felt we were, a team! From the initial personable approach and straight forward signing up with Matt. All elements of the sale process were explained and the team at the beginning, the three 'L's Lynne, Lewis and Lillie who all took the reins over various parts of my sale journey to bring it to a successful conclusion. The key here is of course success and a genuine bond.

GoogleHighly disappointed with the service. - Office is a mess, hard to contact person responsible for the house. When calling them I'm sent from one person to the other just to find out other person "is not in the office and can't speak with me right now". - It's more than a month after I've moved out and I can't get my deposit from them (2.5K). When I asked for my money, someone at the office said "we are not a financial institution" - Cheaters and time wasters
