Good experience on a couple occasions past 10 years using KFH, at two separate branches, to buy. More recently, appreciated Zac’s insights, approach (letting us know if late, offering to show us a property we didn’t know about, and not too pushy) and prompt follow-up (sending more details after viewing). One thing they need to fix is the link with Rightmove. None called me back after submitting my details. I had to call them.
