GoogleDuring our house search we booked a number of viewings with KFH in Crystal Palace and Lewis James was very informative and also knowledgeable about property and the local area. I would certainly use them when it comes to selling our home!

GoogleI bought a property through KFH. I dealt with Michael Bakare. I found him a pleasure to deal with, he was on top of everything at all times, kept in contact with solicitors, always kept me up to date replying promptly. I would definitely recommend him to sell your property or if like me you purchase a property, if he's the negotiator seeing it through be sure he will pay his full attention to it.

GoogleWe had a great experience buying our house through KFH. Compared with previous experiences with our estate agents, we found them really professional and helpful. Kim was our main contact - she was kind and responsive, and always had time for our questions. Many thanks to her for her support throughout the process and especially during the last few months when things got more uncertain for everyone!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI've been buying a property through KFH and I can thoroughly recommend them. It's not been the most straightforward purchase and throughout Trenae has been honest, supportive and always available. I can't commend him enough - he's made a very stressful period both survivable and, most importantly, successful. I don't doubt that his commitment and hard-work helped make it possible.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleTiffany Akoto MARLA and KFHC were both fantastic with helping my wife and I find our flat in Crystal Palace. Tiffany was very attentive when finding the right place that fit our needs and personalities. She was also very kind and professional in person as well as in email correspondences, answering all of our questions in a swift manner while also keeping us in the loop throughout the process. The entire experience was great.

GoogleWe completed on the purchase of a development site in SE19 in September 2020. It was a long and complicated sale as we were buying from four beneficiaries of an estate. Tyrone was very patient and professional throughout this process, without him the purchase would have fallen through on any number of occasions. Well done to him and all his team at KFH Crystal Palace.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleThe service I have received from the staff at KFH, and most particularly Trenae Anderson, has been superb. Trenae has been extremely professional, courteous, efficient and helpful in all my dealings with him. He has gone the extra mile to be of assistance in the sale of my property. I really cannot recommend his work ethic and kindness highly enough.

GoogleAfter seeing a couple of properties that we’d requested to view online but that weren’t quite right, and describing what our ideal place was, Sian arranged for us to view another property which was perfect! She really listened to what we wanted, and thanks to her we’re now very happily settled in our new (and first) home. Couldn’t recommend kfh enough and a big thanks to Sian and Tyrone for all their help!

GoogleI worked with Tiffany Akoto over at KFH. Being new to this country I was very appreciative of Tiffany's help and professionalism. She made my move to London easy and painless. She even came over to teach me how to use the gas and turn on the radiators when I first moved in, being from Miami FL I had never used those. I would definitely recommend working with KF&H and Tiffany in particular.
