I initially approached KFH for a property to buy as I'd rented from them previously and they always were honest, practical and efficient. For our house purchase I knew they'd have the best properties! Matt from KFH originally showed us around a few properties, all were fantastic and helped us secure our offer on a gorgeous 2 bed in Crystal Palace. Throughout a fairly complicated purchase with a difficult lease to navigate Matt has been available, helpful and very knowledgable about the entire process - making us first time buyers feel reassured and informed throughout the process. We have now exchanged, and his support in this process has been absolutely invaluable - couldn't really have asked for better! A truly standout estate agent!

Excellent service! I used KFH crystal palace following a poor experience with another agent and they were fantastic. I dealt with Matt initially who was extremely knowledgeable about the property and area and gave me confidence from the start. They secured a serious buyer quickly. Deen dealt with the transaction and was great. There were issues with the lender which made things stressful but Deen remained calm and focused and kept the buyer engaged. He and the whole team were responsive and professional and a pleasure to deal with. The commission is a fixed fee very slightly higher than our first agent but well worth it for the service. You get what you pay for! Highly recommend.

I approached KFH re selling my flat as all of the local letting and For Sale signs seemed to be theirs. Matt came to view the flat and I engaged him as my estate agent immediately as he was so assured, knowledgeable and reassuring. I had 7 viewings and 2 offers in 6 days and I accepted an offer above the asking price in about 10 days which was brilliant. Their marketing was good and they managed all the viewings on my empty property without any hassle. It's probably unusual to leave such a positive review as the buyer of a property from KFH (since they were representing the sellers and not me) but Matt did such a brilliant job from viewing to completion and was a pleasure to deal with throughout. Jesse did very well. He always try very hard and dealt with a number of issues for me. However, not at all happy with the rest of the team, including the Senior Director Sarah. She never ever gets things sorted when I ask her. She either comes back too late or just gives a standard line that you expect from a corporate company...I constantly have to chase when there is an issue. Tenants have moved in on the 16th March and I have still not be paid by the agency still. Their line is that it's a huge company and they have lots of payments coming in and out.
