I've never had any major problems with them. They're nice they seem okay. I like them. The estate agency Kinleigh Folk and Hayward could do with more women employees & employees with actual lived experience of buying and selling in a legal structure that is almost impossible for working people to buy homes in. Particularly as the one we have now is designed for people riding the coat-tails of Mum and Dad, and lowering the standard of professional pushing through into bigger homes at the end of the day. If agents had lived experience they could then action better deals for professionals, hardworking people and people refusing to live life in a mediocrity.

I have recently been looking to move closer to my daughter and had a couple of viewings with Stephanie Carson. Unfortunately, I had to cancel some appointments at the last minute, but Stephanie's level of professionalism was amazing as she easily accommodated these changes. Stephanie is efficient and easy to engage with. Ultimately, I found a place through a different agent, which did not go well with my daughter as she prefers Stephanie's approach. However, I will always rely on Stephanie and will consistently recommend her services to others.

This was our first time using KFH estate agency and we could not recommend the team enough. They are fast and efficient. We called the branch In the morning regarding a property, and by the end of the day we had already viewed it and had our offer put forward to the landlord. Before dealing with KFH, we had already had very bad experiences with other local agents when looking to buy our first property. Therefore, from the off it was incredibly refreshing to deal with KFH Crystal Palace. All members of staff which we engaged with were incredibly professional, proactive and diligent. We want to give specific shoutouts to Lewis James and Nick Reeves. Lewis was clearly very experienced when supporting us with negotiating the purchase price with the seller, and was always contactable to speak through our position. Nick led our viewing of the property that we ultimately purchased. Straight away it was clear he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer almost all of our queries (and we asked A LOT of questions). For the ones he couldn't answer, he actually followed up (other agents said they would but never did) with us the next day, having clarified with the sellers. He was incredibly thorough and proactive, often preempting our questions as buyers and contacting the sellers accordingly to clarify any outstanding points. What we really valued was Nick's regular calls and mails updating us of the sellers position and progress, helping avoid stress in what can be a very stressful process. A huge special thank you Nick for your support throughout the process, we really appreciate it. We also wanted to mention Dwayne Whyte, who we viewed many properties with earlier on in our search. Dwayne was incredible helpful and he ensured we were also the first to hear about properties that actually met our criteria (can't be said about other agents!). Overall, we had a brilliant experience and we would highly recommend using KFH, whether you're buying or selling. Thanks so much guys!

Great experience with Stephanie Carson and KFH. We are in the process of looking for a new nest for our family. We met Stephanie at one of our viewing and even if that specific property wasn't ideal for us, we noticed immediately Steph's professional & human touch. My partner and I were looking for the right flat/house for a couple of months with a different Letting agency and all we’ve seen with them were unsuitable or rent were too expensive for the flat quality so we decided to contact KFH and TIFFANY AKOTO MARLA spoke to me and asked me what we’re looking for and finally someone LISTENED and paid attention to what we’re after and it didn’t take her long to find us that perfect flat, and to be exact she found us a beautiful house with lots of space and a garden and what’s very impressive about this whole experience with Tiffany was that’s the first viewing and only viewing we did with her and she got it right the first time!!! I would like to share my review specifically about Priyesh Barot As first time buyers who needed to move quite quickly, Priyesh has been absolutely amazing. My husband and I got in touch about some specific properties, and Priyesh followed up speedily with his own recommendations and was able to move very quickly in showing us these. He showed us a range so we could figure out what we were looking for and our appetite for home improvements, and while he drove us between viewings he patiently answered all our questions about the home buying process. Priyesh is extremely knowledgeable on different sorts of properties, and was able to offer practical advice on potential improvements, costs, as well as the history and benefits of different buildings, and was additionally very accomodating when we wanted to see our favourite property a second time to take some measurements, never rushing us even though it was a Friday night. When we then made an offer on the Saturday, and were informed may be delays due the the vendors timezone, we were so appreciative that he took some time on his Saturday evening to inform us our offer had been accepted, so we could relax and celebrate. We have seen a lot of other estate agents during this time period and Priyesh is head and shoulders above any others in terms of knowledge, expertise, and customer service- we feel very fortunate to have been able to work with someone so brilliant for our first home purchase, which has so far been incredibly smooth, efficient and enjoyable- other estate agents could certainly learn a lot from him. As a result of this experience, we would recommend KFH wholeheartedly. Thanks Priyesh!
