I've never had any major problems with them. They're nice they seem okay. I like them. The estate agency Kinleigh Folk and Hayward could do with more women employees & employees with actual lived experience of buying and selling in a legal structure that is almost impossible for working people to buy homes in. Particularly as the one we have now is designed for people riding the coat-tails of Mum and Dad, and lowering the standard of professional pushing through into bigger homes at the end of the day. If agents had lived experience they could then action better deals for professionals, hardworking people and people refusing to live life in a mediocrity.

I have recently been looking to move closer to my daughter and had a couple of viewings with Stephanie Carson. Unfortunately, I had to cancel some appointments at the last minute, but Stephanie's level of professionalism was amazing as she easily accommodated these changes. Stephanie is efficient and easy to engage with. Ultimately, I found a place through a different agent, which did not go well with my daughter as she prefers Stephanie's approach. However, I will always rely on Stephanie and will consistently recommend her services to others.

This was our first time using KFH estate agency and we could not recommend the team enough. They are fast and efficient. We called the branch In the morning regarding a property, and by the end of the day we had already viewed it and had our offer put forward to the landlord. We cannot thank Stephaine enough for her time and dedication during our application process. We felt really in the loop as her communication was always consistent and if we had any questions or queries, they were quickly answered. From the get go, she was thoroughly professional and on-point with everything, from the viewing to answering our (many) questions, to just being an all-round great person to have guiding us through this process. There were some hiccups along the way, with late references and a name change, yet she handled them all fantastically - meaning we still got to move in on our chosen date. Before dealing with KFH, we had already had very bad experiences with other local agents when looking to buy our first property. Therefore, from the off it was incredibly refreshing to deal with KFH Crystal Palace. All members of staff which we engaged with were incredibly professional, proactive and diligent. We want to give specific shoutouts to Lewis James and Nick Reeves. Lewis was clearly very experienced when supporting us with negotiating the purchase price with the seller, and was always contactable to speak through our position. Nick led our viewing of the property that we ultimately purchased. Straight away it was clear he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer almost all of our queries (and we asked A LOT of questions). For the ones he couldn't answer, he actually followed up (other agents said they would but never did) with us the next day, having clarified with the sellers. He was incredibly thorough and proactive, often preempting our questions as buyers and contacting the sellers accordingly to clarify any outstanding points. What we really valued was Nick's regular calls and mails updating us of the sellers position and progress, helping avoid stress in what can be a very stressful process. A huge special thank you Nick for your support throughout the process, we really appreciate it. We also wanted to mention Dwayne Whyte, who we viewed many properties with earlier on in our search. Dwayne was incredible helpful and he ensured we were also the first to hear about properties that actually met our criteria (can't be said about other agents!). Overall, we had a brilliant experience and we would highly recommend using KFH, whether you're buying or selling. Thanks so much guys!
