GoogleI usually let me flat myself but due to lack of time thought I'd try the process with KFH. Steph has been brilliant throughout this process. She found us a range of tenants quite quickly then once we chose one she has managed the whole process really calmly and efficiently. I have been Impress with how available she is - typically answering the phone herself and if not she gets back to me very quickly which I really appreciate.

GoogleWe had an overall positive experience with KFH Crystal Palace. The team were professional and courteous. We did have a few bumps where there were miscommunications about viewings and receiving timely feedback. In the end, the sale got across the line and most interactions were fairly seamless.

GoogleKFH were the second agents I instructed to sell my property and they were proactive and receptive whenever I had to discuss anything with them. Their marketing was good and they managed all the viewings on my empty property without any hassle. When a buyer was found, Nick was instrumental in progressing the sale and happy to say, 3 and a half months after the initial offer, the sale completed. Highly recommend KFH - team are great and they got the job done!

GoogleIt's probably unusual to leave such a positive review as the buyer of a property from KFH (since they were representing the sellers and not me) but Matt did such a brilliant job from viewing to completion and was a pleasure to deal with throughout. He really went the extra mile to keep me informed and happy and also helped move things along whenever anything seemed to be stuck (the freehold is owned separately and took quite a bit of chasing). I imagine the sellers were really pleased with his service too. Huge thank you Matt, me and the dog are settled in our new home and are so grateful for your help and for keeping momentum on the sale for both parties!

GoogleMy partner and I have been looking at the market for some months now, very much taking our time to understand what we really want. During this, we have been fortunate to have Conal to guide us through KFH's offerings. He is great company, has strong insights, and very much listens to our feedback - he has a very good sense of the kind of properties we've come to like, including properties we might not have originally considered. I wish the property market was just one big database that a personal agent guided you through. In such a world we would want Conal to be our agent! Strange to say, but part of me will be a bit gutted if we end up buying a property that isn't with KFH - I would feel like Conal's outstanding work would ultimately go unrecognized. Hopefully this review goes some way to recognise his work and our gratitude, come what may. Thank you, Conal!

GoogleJesse did very well. He always try very hard and dealt with a number of issues for me. However, not at all happy with the rest of the team, including the Senior Director Sarah. She never ever gets things sorted when I ask her. She either comes back too late or just gives a standard line that you expect from a corporate company...I constantly have to chase when there is an issue. Tenants have moved in on the 16th March and I have still not be paid by the agency still. Their line is that it's a huge company and they have lots of payments coming in and out.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
