GoogleGreat experience with Stephanie Carson and KFH. We are in the process of looking for a new nest for our family. We met Stephanie at one of our viewing and even if that specific property wasn't ideal for us, we noticed immediately Steph's professional & human touch. Steph is a great person and professional, and David and I both think she is a great agent … we liked dealing with her this week .. even if the viewing was not a successful one. She is fast, reliable, witty and sweet. We promised we will keep an eye on her agency website for any suitable property and hopefully work with her again to nail down our new nest.

GoogleMy partner and I were looking for the right flat/house for a couple of months with a different Letting agency and all we’ve seen with them were unsuitable or rent were too expensive for the flat quality so we decided to contact KFH and TIFFANY AKOTO MARLA spoke to me and asked me what we’re looking for and finally someone LISTENED and paid attention to what we’re after and it didn’t take her long to find us that perfect flat, and to be exact she found us a beautiful house with lots of space and a garden and what’s very impressive about this whole experience with Tiffany was that’s the first viewing and only viewing we did with her and she got it right the first time!!! Tiffany is an excellent letting agent in my honest opinion and she’s very professional and friendly at the same time and she answered all my queries so quickly and accurately and she helped us through the process so smoothly and we are now living in the house she found us happily. Thank you so much again Tiffany! 🙏

GoogleI would like to share my review specifically about Priyesh Barot As first time buyers who needed to move quite quickly, Priyesh has been absolutely amazing. My husband and I got in touch about some specific properties, and Priyesh followed up speedily with his own recommendations and was able to move very quickly in showing us these. He showed us a range so we could figure out what we were looking for and our appetite for home improvements, and while he drove us between viewings he patiently answered all our questions about the home buying process. Priyesh is extremely knowledgeable on different sorts of properties, and was able to offer practical advice on potential improvements, costs, as well as the history and benefits of different buildings, and was additionally very accomodating when we wanted to see our favourite property a second time to take some measurements, never rushing us even though it was a Friday night. When we then made an offer on the Saturday, and were informed may be delays due the the vendors timezone, we were so appreciative that he took some time on his Saturday evening to inform us our offer had been accepted, so we could relax and celebrate. We have seen a lot of other estate agents during this time period and Priyesh is head and shoulders above any others in terms of knowledge, expertise, and customer service- we feel very fortunate to have been able to work with someone so brilliant for our first home purchase, which has so far been incredibly smooth, efficient and enjoyable- other estate agents could certainly learn a lot from him. As a result of this experience, we would recommend KFH wholeheartedly. Thanks Priyesh!

GoogleWe sold our property with KFH. Tyrone was polite, genuine and trustworthy during our valuation and put it on the market at exactly the right price. Our negotiator Fatos was amazing. She communicated wonderfully all the way through the process which was at times complicated due to an overly pedantic buyer. Proper madness. She worked really hard and ran the negotiation perfectly. We would definitely buy or sell again with KFH but I suspect we were partly fortunate to get two very professional and hard working agents on our sale. Thank you for everything.

GoogleMe and my partner had a great experience with KFH. In particular, the service provided by Patricija was exceptional. We enquired about a property during the week and Patricija was very prompt in getting back to us. Booked us for a viewing on Saturday. In addition she showed us 4 additional properties which were all appropriate for the type of property we were interested in. She was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly throughout. GoogleExtremely pleased with the team at KFH in CP and especially the support and custom advice received by Tanyel. She was always available to answer my questions, follow up on viewings and providing the latest updates on offers for my listed flat. What made this such a great experience was the time that she (and the whole KFH team) dedicated to my file and always providing answers tailored to my case. Tanyel was always available with last minute questions and overall the other members at the Crystal Palace branch was such a nice team to work with. Highly recommend based on my experience.

GoogleKHF Crystal Palace were fantastic to work with on our recent house move and we would absolutely recommend their services. Our sale wasn’t straight forward as we struggled with our onward chain. They supported us through the process and delicately managed the situation. At one stage the sale looked like it has reached a dead end, but they miraculously revived it through some expert negotiation. Thank you KFH! It was nice not to have radio silence at any point when it seemed to be stalling. He was great with every request and if he didn't know, he would make sure he found out for us. GoogleKFH were the second agent we took on to sell our flat and immediately got to the task being around a wide range of suitable candidates. We had bought the flat from them 7 years prior and a few members of the team remembered the property from before. They even had details still on file which made it quick and easy to bring them on board. They always kept us informed and were respectful of Covid safety measures when in our home. Jack was the member of the team who secured the sale and was very active in working with the new owners to address their questions.
