During my search for a property, I worked with circa 7/8 estate agents and I have so say Jack was by far the best. Firstly he listened carefully to what I wanted and sent through a shortlist of properties that matched my criteria very well. He was flexible when arranging the viewing and during the process was knowledgeable on the property and the areas I will looking at. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions! When it came to an offer, he kept in constant communication which is especially reassuring when you’re waiting on a decision from the vendor. The main reason I rate him so highly is because it was very clear he is committed to the job and helping his clients find the right property for them (whereas a lot of others didn’t give that impression at all). I highly recommend Jack to anyone looking for a property!!

Amy at KFH made my house buying experience as easy as possible- I found a beautiful home through a KFH listing and she managed all the communications between me, the seller and our solicitors. She was also available for me to return to the property for a second viewing and again to take measurements. When buying or selling a property you need three good things. Firstly every client needs to be the best possible version of themselves. That means choosing a good team to represent you. The other two parts of the three good things.Your Estate agent and your property lawyer need to be responsive and good at their jobs. Beyond your, the clients, control are the estate agents and property lawyers other people choose. Your team need to be good to make up for other peoples poor choices. KFH Crystal Palace were brilliant during our sale. In particular Amy-Justine steered a calm and reassuring path when other professionals ( not in our team) were giving a poor service. Even in the uncomfortable moments we knew, without doubt, that she would achieve the best outcome for us. I have no hesitation in recommending KFH Crystal Palace.

It's fair to say that I got more than I ever expected working with Amy at KFH. I'd heard horror stories about estate agents and I didn't know what to think when my partner and I started the process of buying our first home. Amy was amazing! She didn't hate me when I was extremely late for our first viewing and she agreed to show me another property which is now our home! I would strongly recommend Sian from KFH in Crystal Palace. She sold our flat very quickly as she had good buyers in mind from the start and arranged viewings before the details were available online. She helped manage competing bids to get us a good price, and then managed the sale process with a clear deadline for everyone to work to, and helped manage expectations throughout. She was professional and approachable and we always felt as if she was acting authentically and with everyone's best interests in mind. KFH did not have the lowest commission of the agents we tried, but the quick sale and relatively stress-free process made up for the cost.

Good to have Tyrone - very calm, professional, won't try to get your business by dissing the competition - working on selling my house. Once the sale was agreed Mo took over. And they sit two desks away from each other, a huge improvement on some other estate agents where, once the sale has been agreed in principle, it gets shipped out to a "fulfilment centre" who don't really know what the salesman has or hasn't said. All my phone calls got answered promptly. Messages were dealt with and I got a call back whenever I asked for one. As a house buyer I have used OrangeBlocks and equivalent internet agents but it's a frustrating process for the buyer. So I recommend a traditional estate agent and having dealt with a few I say KFH Crystal Palace are among the best. The commission feels like a lot of money but it's a more-or-less standard rate. If you want to sell a house you get what you pay for.

Sian Fontaine has been incredibly helpful in our long and eventful house search. A property we were originally buying through Sian fell through and we were working with another agent on another house sale. Sian however diligently stayed in touch with us, updating us on available properties and the status of previous properties we were interested in. This resulted in us now eventually buying our dream property through Sian. Sian has been professional and patient throughout, very obviously putting what is right for her clients first at all times. Thanks Sian! When selling the house 18 months later, we worked with Mohammad Ahmed who was brilliant. Mo and the KFH team were incredibly diligent and always contactable.
