GoogleI recently sold my flat through KFH. I dealt with a few of the KFH team along what felt like a very painful journey. Everyone was professional, informative and supportive. I really don’t think I would have got the sale If it wasn’t for the advice, support and effective communication from Andrew. Andrew was considerate, always at the end of the phone and excellent at communicating to all the chain. It was more like speaking to a friend than estate agent.

GoogleKaan has been super helpful from start to finish. When he showed us the property, he did not rush us and answered all of our questions confidently. Showed us the property for a second time and out of hours on Sunday, which we really appreciated. Once we said 'yes to the house!', he has always been accessible via email and phone for any small (and sometimes silly) questions we may have. In contact with the landlord and negotiated our requests. We would definitely recommend him and KFH to our friends and family and hopefully use them for our first buy!

GoogleWe have used KFH to sell 4 of our previous homes and buy 2 through them over more than 10 years now. Tyrone and his team are so professional and take all the pain of moving away from you. They also take fabulous photos and are honest in their appraisal. Sadly we have moved out of London now but would always recommend them and indeed have.

GoogleOh my LORD. Tiffany is the best. She really fought our corner and tried her hardest to get us the place we fell in love with. We unfortunately did not manage to get the place (completely out of control for everyone) but Tiffany was amazing throughout. She really cared, was so great at giving us her time, and being engaged with us and our journey throughout. Just love her to be honest.

GoogleWe placed our two bed flat in South Norwood for rent through KFH and our contact there, Ren Fergus, was confident about finding us a tenant and did so before the advert went live online. Ren was knowledgeable about the area and the local market, gave us sound advice on a couple of points which we were unsure about and managed smooth communications between ourselves and the incoming tenant. We chose KFH in this area because we had successfully used the company several times before in Streatham Hill and we were pleased to experience the same high standards here.

GoogleRen Fergus is the one who worked along with us from the time we started with KFH. We had just moved to UK and Ren was the second agent we had met from 2 different agencies. He was very approachable .. dependent and followed up till the end to ensure we had everything taken care off. He took us around 4-6 houses and ensured that he was always willing to go the extra mile. It was very pleasant dealing with Ren and the KFH agency as well. Their paper work, online documentation and transparency all helped us a lot and make our first home in UK a walk in the park !! GoogleFrom the beginning Andrew was confident he would be able to secure an offer on my house in 4 weeks. I was not convinced as my property had been on the market with two other Estate agents in the last 5 months with a total of only 5 viewings. Andrew was able to get regular viewings with the right buyers and true to their word KFH found me a buyer and I accepted an offer 4 weeks after advertising my property with them. The sale was completed in two and a half months, which included Christmas and New Year holidays. Andrew Stavrou has an amazing talent, skills, dedication and knowledge of the housing market and always puts the sellers interest first. He is an exceptional member of the KFH team.

Very attentive in finding out our requirements with meticulous attention to detail, and this has been demonstrated by the properties she has shown us already. We put in an offer on a property, which Sian showed us before it even went on the market, and she was great in talking us through what we needed to do. Would highly recommend Sian and KFH, by far our favourite estate agent to deal with.

GoogleWhen my partner and I started dealing with Sian at KFH it really was a breath of fresh air compared to other agents we had been dealing with. As first time buyers, the experience of buying a new house is daunting and confusing, but Sian has been so patient, really taking time to consider what would be suitable for us for our budget. When things haven't worked out, instead of dropping interest in us like other agents have, she has continued to try and place is in our perfect home. She definitely understands that we want to take our time and not rush into anything, and still continues to provide us with really great guidance and honest advice. I'm so confident that through Sian we will find the right fit and I would really recommend her and KFH to any other buyers.

He's genuinely one of the nicest guys and really paid attention to the things that matter to me. Alex knows the area like the back of his hand and gave me great advice about location, as well as shortlisting some lovely properties for me. Every viewing I did with him was well prepared, and he knew all the necessary facts and figures to hand. Alex showed me a wide range of suitable options, and kept close in touch without being pushing. I would highly recommend using this branch, and in particular the services of Alex, who is exemplary at his role.

GoogleKelly Walcott went above and beyond to help us secure apartment even though we were in Sweden and were not able to come look at the property. I mean she literally found us our dream apartment in the dream location w great owners - and all that despite us having 2 small children, 2 pets and not being from here. We had so many questions which locals probably don't have and she kept answering and explaining... just so much work. We are so very grateful to have met her and I think without her we would never be able to make that move! We also visited her branch to pick up the keys and finish some paperwork and met some of her coworkers which were absolutely so lovely. Highly recommend!

GoogleAfter having a very bad experience with a very nearby estate agent we weren't really sure what to expect from KFH as our house in the Crystal Palace triangle had been on the market for nearly six months with very little viewings or interest. Our fears were totally unfounded as within a week of being on the market viewings came flooding in with an offer soon following which was over our target price. Even when the sale got a bit sticky my contact Mo and the rest of the team were always there to answer my queries. I have to say they made the whole experience a lot more easier to handle. I would definitely recommend KFH to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. Tyrone and the team never let us down. Top marks all round!

GoogleOur experience with KFH@Crystal Palace was really good. We got in touch with them after our purchase of another property (through a different estate agent) fell through, and we were really keen to find a no-chain property to turn things around fairly quickly. We met Andrew S who showed us 4 properties in 2 evenings. Andrew understood very quickly exactly the kind of property we were after and did not waste our time at all. He was very efficient in terms of giving us advice when needed, chasing up our solicitors and keeping us up to date. Andrew was also always extremely cheerful which helped when things were getting stressful. We also spoke to the branch manager Tyrone on couple of occasions and found him to be equally professional and helpful. All in all, we were really pleased with the service we got from KFH and would wholeheartedly recommend them to any of our friends/family.

GoogleMe and my partner were first time buyers and understandable were unsure of the process when coming to buy a house. We met with Lee the mortgage consultant at KFH who from start to finish was so helpful and answered any questions we were unsure of. Everything was explained to us in full on our first meeting and we came away feeling happy and reassured. Throughout the whole time Lee was on hand to answer any questions we had and to get things moving as quickly as possible for us! A* Service!

GoogleIf you can avoid renting through KFH do so. We have had a leak from our bathroom since October 2024 and it is still ongoing, just getting worse. We now have mould on the ceiling in the kitchen, are having to turn the stopcock off multiple times a day and have to chase the matter every week in order to get some sort of response.

She helped us through the process which was obviously all new to us, she helped to keep the process on track and even dealt with our pretty useless solicitor (not KFH) who she chased up on when we were being ignored which was really helpful!
