GoogleFrom start to completion (and so far since) I have such high praise for this place, in particular Shareen, from the initial viewing to completion she has been outstanding, her buzz and knowledge of the area and excitement toward the property were infectious, she then guided us through the process and within the same day of the viewing we had our offer accepted. The process was then very smooth and within four weeks we are all moved in and settled. She went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier.

GoogleAt every stage of the house buying process, Jack was on hand to answer all our questions and help make the process as stress-free and smooth as possible. He was so accomodating and quick to respond to our queries. From the moment we viewed the property, he kept us and the sellers in the loop as well as the solicitors, and his positivity, candour and friendliness really set the tone for the whole 2 months to when we got the keys. She listened to all of our requirements, she was responsive, she had the answers to all of our questions and she was so welcoming. When we were viewing, it felt like we we were just catching up with a friend, which was so refreshing. Tiffany went above and beyond at every step of the way to get us moved into our new apartment. This wouldn't have been possible without Tiffany's support. Thank you so much (I would give 6 stars if I could). 😜

GoogleAmy Hastings was an absolute pleasure to work with. We initially weren’t sure what we were looking for but Amy was unbelievably helpful in helping us narrow down our options. We viewed properties with around 10 different estate agents but working with Amy at KFH was by far and away the most positive experience we had. She was very accommodating, flexible and the perfect combination of being positive and giving us things to think about without being pushy. The property we have now bought was marketed by another estate agents. It’s a project that we hope to sell on in the next couple of years and I can say with certainty that when the time comes to market it, we’ll be using KFH and ideally Amy.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe listed our house with KFH Crystal Palace and they had it under offer within 4 weeks, exactly as promised. The whole team there has been excellent. Karolina found us the loveliest buyers. She was dedicated and professional throughout, keeping us up to date and helping move things along from offer to exchange and completion. Trenae was also exceptional. We had some final hurdles to overcome caused by a buyer at the bottom of the chain, but with their diligent work these were all overcome. Thankfully, our onward purchase was also with KFH (albeit another branch) which helped simplify issues which could otherwise have caused the chain to collapse. We cannot recommend KFH highly enough.

We received the full asking price in a matter of weeks & the sale went through very smoothly. Sian was very responsive with quick & thorough communication at all hours of the day & night which was fantastic & much appreciated. James, for us to have a house was only a dream. Come from another country, work harder and even understand that level of English. You make us easy. The property was received in good condition and the team were very helpful throughout the process, supportive in booking an opportunity to view the apartment a second time, and did not push us to make a decision or increase our offer. I had viewings set up immediately even before my property listed and was SOLD within a day. Amy worked tirelessly progressing the sale, keeping in regular contact and helping with issues. GoogleAmy was fantastic throughout the entire process. As a first time buyer she was very patient and understanding, friendly and nothing was too much to ask for. Super responsive despite her very busy days and towards the end when we dealt with difficult seller solicitor, she stepped in and pushed things along. I have to say, I’ve heard horror stories about estate agents but Amy is nothing like that. A credit to her profession (maybe others should take note)! I can honestly say without her help, I wouldn’t have bought my house !

GoogleAmy Hastings was a true breath of fresh air to my house hunt, suddenly it became enjoyable. We had a lot of fun and she was always very responsive and helpful. I also appreciated that she clearly had a great relationship with my sellers, so it made all negotiations that much easier. And genuine. As the process went along, she was persistent without being pushy to encourage things to happen, and I never felt like I was getting the ‘estate agent lip service and sales patter’.
