GoogleRen Fergus...Well what can we say but thank you thank you. A lovely young man that went out of his way to help us Rent a property for the first time. As older generation and NOT computer savvy this young man was kind dress it's self even answers my questions on his weekend off. Would recommend Ren to any one looking for a property. Jacky Martin

GoogleAndrew was extremely diligent with our property search and purchase. He listened to our requirements and showed us numerous properties all within our parameters. When we had a fairly troublesome time in regard to the sale of our flat Andrew exhibited great patience and understanding, it was very reassuring knowing he was doing everything he could to keep all parties happy. GoogleJust bought our lovely new home through KFH in Crystal Palace and found all staff to be professional, conscientious and pleasant throughout the process. A special mention to Andrew S and Tyrone who really helped the sale along when things were moving slowly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend KFH, in fact we're renting out another property through them as we were so impressed with the service.

GoogleWe purchased a flat through KFH which completed this month. Andrew Stavrou kept us updated regularly and chased down solicitors when things cropped up. We were highly impressed with Andrew who was approachable, friendly and worked tirelessly to ensure the sale to us went through. We will certainly use KFH again when we come to sell in the future. Cannot recommend highly enough.

GoogleAlex was outstanding during our property search. He was professional, organised and supportive during what was a very long and stressful process. We dealt with a number of other estate agents along the way and Alex was by far the best. He was extremely knowledgeable about every property he showed us and went out of his way to accommodate some very unsociable viewing times!

GoogleWe didn't choose KFH as we were buying. All started well, polite and helpful while showing us the property. However, once our offer was accepted it was clear that the agent was looking out for the seller and not us. In a process that had almost no hic ups and went smoothly the agent painted us and our solicitor in a bad light to the seller and it felt as if sides were drawn. The agent should not treat the seller as holier than thou and the buyer like an inconvenience. The agent attempted to apply pressure to make us undermine our solicitor which I found highly unethical. We trusted our solicitor and for the agent to try to interfere was extremely unprofessional. Overall we felt second class to the seller and we felt the agent tried to pressure us in to cutting corners, I assume so he got his comission before Xmas. Rather than being pleased to have completed on our flat, we were happier knowing we wouldn't have to deal with KFH again. We would never use them again nor would we recommend them.

GoogleI viewed a few properties through KFH and whilst I didn’t find through them I was very pleasantly surprised by the service. I registered through many high street agents and the communication was top tier. I was called and emailed with properties on a weekly basis. I wish I found through them as the process would have been so much smoother then the current agent I found through which is a nightmare.
