He quickly understood our requirements and identified a house that we may not have even considered otherwise. He was a skilled and supportive negotiator and helped us secure a property that is perfect for us. Chanelle Carter was also prompt, responsive and efficient with all the tasks necessary to getting moved in. The best letting agent experience we've ever had.

GoogleThe process went very smooth. We had a one time view of a nice flat and we didn't let it go. Everything was processed in 3 weeks or less. The pandemic scratched off all the unnecessary fees like admin fees so there was not a better timing to move for us. I'd recommend KFH as an estate agency - they are very professional. Also would like to mention Mr Courtney Earley for helping us through. Greatly appreciated.

GoogleThe staff at KFT Kennington were just great, from Justin Bhoday, the manager, who was immediately responsive and supportive when I needed advice most, to Daniel Montaque, the assistant sales manager, who led on my property sale, remaining confident, reassuring and upbeat despite a quiet market and many viewings, and achieving a good sale with a big smile, to the wonderful team Aaron Bachen, Nathan Smith and Josh Birkett and others all being very kind and patient with me throughout. If all estate agents were as good, kind, reliable and efficient as this team, the world (at least the property world) would be a better place. Thank you very much to the whole team!

Renting and moving in London comes with high stress and he made sure that we were at ease and everything was done timely! Kudos to him and highly recommend him!

Chevone was fantastic during the viewings and throughout the initial efforts of securing a rented flat for us. When she headed off to enjoy a holiday, Catherine kindly took over and was an incredibly valuable help. She was informative throughout, keeping us updated and acting quickly on our instructions. She managed to secure our dream flat on great terms. We have just had our offer accepted and can not thank both Catherine and Chevone enough for their time and efforts! 100% recommend anyone searching for a flat to give these lovely ladies a call!

GoogleKFH successfully sold my 1-bedroom flat in Stockwell and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I was part of a rather long and complicated chain and I have to praise Darren Tait for managing it beautifully. He went the extra mile to chase the chain right to the end. I had no experience with selling/buying and being part of a chain, so Darren made my life a lot easier. Thank you Darren for your positive approach, patience and good spirits. I have been dealing with KFH on many different occasions, from selling my house, to letting out my property, and now being a tenant and looking for a property to rent. Chevone at the Kennington branch have been amazing throughout my renting experience. She kept on top of new properties for me weekly, and providing me updates on the situation. I found her to always be very friendly, professional and efficient with her work. When she was unavailable, her other colleagues, George was also very friendly and helpful. It was the most pleasant experience for me to deal with KFH. Thank you so much for helping me find my lovely new home!

GoogleCatherine was extremely helpful with assisting me in my search for a flat to rent. From my initial call, she gave me a clear expectation of the process to come, took my preferences and kept me informed and up to date with new properties coming on the market. I spent a few months waiting for something that fit my very specific requirements and she stuck with me the entire time, always notifying me as soon as something came up that was close to what I was looking for. Very professional, very helpful from flat hunting to signing the contract.

GoogleI had three agents round to quote and included KFH, as I knew of them, with strong, local SW9 presence. I also checked out online-only competitors like Purple Bricks. From the start Justin Bhody the manager was literally but also professionally head & shoulders above the competition. He had sold my house previously, so already knew it well. His local knowledge abounds. No sales pitch, just a good chat about the world, brexit, life and everything. I decided mid-meeting to commission KFH. Viewings in the dead market have been hard won and lots of personal relationships brought to bear by KFH, appropriate for my £1.2m asking price, introducing buyers and locals. But the market has yet to bounce back in last few months. A friend is selling at same price in SW4 with 2 viewings in 3 months, so an agent can make a difference. Mark O'Neil as assistant manager became my main contact, recently moving to the branch. Another seasoned pro, great and regular communicator, and I listened to his advice as the months moved on. I took his advice and it played out near-perfectly, as if it was scripted by Mark. We completed yesterday, just below revised asking price. Would Purple Bricks have found a buyer? Maybe, but with a quirky house, 7 figure asking price and the atrocious market? And the ongoing contact, advice and Mark's counseling were essential! I'm delighted with KFC's performance. Sincere thanks to Justin, Mark and the team at KFH. Recommended.

GoogleEverybody who has ever looked for a decent flat in London knows how much of hassle it can be. We looked at numerous flats (about 20) and worked with pretty much all the letting agents in/around South London before we met Cleo. I had already lost hope at that point, but after showing us a flat we had inquired about Cleo proactively suggested we view one more. She had carefully listened to what we were after and liked/didn't like at our first viewing and showed us the flat of our dreams. Our new home mets and exceeds our search criteria, is within budget AND came without agent fees. Cleo was patient, polite and provided a brilliant service. I would highly recommend her and she will be the first agent I call if we ever have to move again.

GoogleCleo McKay helped us find a new home. She was without a doubt the best estate agent we have worked with. She was friendly and polite, but most importantly she listened to what we were looking for and took us only to places that were relevant: so many estate agents don't listen and waste your time, Cleo is the polar opposite of this. What's more she took the time to let me do an extra visit to take measurements for buying furniture, which was really helpful. Cleo is a real asset to kfh, thanks again.

GoogleWe have let our property with KFH for around 4 years and 18 months ago sold our house in Kennington at the time of Brexit to retire outside of London. We first came across Justin when we were upsizing from Courtenay Square in 2005 to a larger house. The house had been on the market for 4 months with another agent in Kennington and we felt they were not very enthusiastic about what we were selling. Enter Justin and within 3 weeks the property was sold. In 2016 the house we bought was marketed through KFH. Justin sold this at a tricky time and his team who did the viewings were just as positive and all bumps were smoothed out and we were very happy with everything that was done by KFH. In terms of the lettings team they have been just as helpful as we are not the normal type of landlord. We like to meet anyone renting our property before we sign the contract as we feel at least they ought to know who we are and if we have reservations we can always say no thank you. Caroline and her team have always respected this and they are probably the only agents in and around SE11 that except we are more difficult than most but so far have always found us the ideal tenant for us. To sum KFH up with Justin and Caroline you have a very motivated team who are more than just estate agents going through the motions. They are the best I have dealt with in 46 years of buying, selling and renting out property. Its a matter of trust really and with todays environment it is the most important thing that you need in an estate agent and its what makes the team at KFH Kennington so good to deal with as you can 100% rely on the information from them

GoogleI would strongly advise not using KFH letting service. During my change over of tenants KFH management service registered my neighbours property utility bills in my name. This has resulted in nine months of hell. A debt of over £1800.00 and now the threat of legal action from one of the energy providers. KFH have done nothing to help resolve this, in fact their lack of concern and customer service has made the whole process a lot more difficult and painful. It’s a shame as it started off so well.

His communication skills are excellent, working closely with both parties and their solicitors to ensure that the transactions run smoothly.
