GoogleI was dealing with one Martha at KFH, she was great. She handled the incoming tenants professionally and all my documentation were on the spot. With some agents you have to chase them. 5 star for her and KFH. SF Surrey Quays.

GoogleWe recently bought our flat through KFH and had the absolute pleasure of working with Darren throughout the process. From the very beginning, Darren was professional, proactive, and incredibly helpful. He truly went above and beyond to make the purchase happen.
Even when things became complicated with slow communication between solicitors, Darren stayed calm, communicative, and always had our best interests at heart. He was constantly checking in, chasing things up, and keeping us in the loop, which made a huge difference during what could have been a much more stressful time.
Thanks to Darren’s persistence and support, we’re now finally moving into our new home. We’re so grateful for everything he did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone buying or selling. Thank you again, Darren and the KFH team!

GoogleEdmund was the second agent I went to ask for guidance. The first one I went to didn't even look at my face when he heard about our budget and smashed our hopes with his attitude. But Edmund was so welcoming and encouraging that it really touched me. His positive attitude helped me to stay positive and now my partner and I found our dream flat within our budget, in the are we wanted. Although it was not through KFH, I really believe that Edmund's attitude shifted a lot for me in the process and helped make it happen.
So, thanks a million for your kindness and encouragement and would definitely of back to KFH Kennington if need be or just to say hi!
