GoogleI bought two properties from Paul Forster (Sales Manager) at KFH Kennington. I very much enjoyed the process - it was mainly due to Paul's professionalism, efficiency, patience and knowledge of the properties. I found him personable and not pushy (unlike some other sale managers at other Estate Agents). Throughout the purchase, Paul was always on hand to deal with any queries from solicitors, mortgage lenders etc. including for much of the time when I was out of the UK. I have since recommended him to my other friends (one of them has recently bought a flat from him). London/UK/Overseas buyers and sellers - Paul Foster is the man.

GoogleI had an excellent experience purchasing a 1 bed flat through sales manager Paul Forster. Paul knew my requirements in advance and was very proactive in suggesting possible purchases, such that with the flat I actually bought, I had viewed the flat and agreed the purchase before it had even been advertised by KFH. Paul was also very good in keeping close to progress to ensure that the deal proceeded to completion smoothly. I would certainly recommend working with Paul, either as buyer or seller.

GoogleUsed KFH Kennington for both the sale of my old home and purchase of my new one.
When viewing with other agents, we'd time and time again meet people who were rushed, knew little about the property / area, and frankly had little interest in getting to understand what we were looking for in a home.
Things were different with KFH Kennington - and in particular with our sales negotiator Gerard. Doing one viewing with him - where he took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in a new home - and not once made us feel rushed - made us want him to be the person selling our property. He's been working in the area for several years and knows the Oval / Kennington / Vauxhall property market like the back of his hand - knowing the exact details of our apartment building before even visiting for a valuation.
Throughout the process (and what turned into a very complicated property chain), Gerard stayed on top of the process - reassuring all members of the chain, and dealing effectively with issues as they arose. With all of the complexities - it could have been a much, much more stressful process than it was. Highly recommend.

GoogleThe branch manager secured us a good sale price when selling our house in Kennington. But as soon as the sale was agreed, the branch manager all but disappeared and service received from more junior staff was poor - riddled with failures to respond, sloppy/inaccurate communication, and other issues that made the experience more stressful than it needed to be.
We followed KFH's recommendation of using their affiliated solicitors (JMW) and this turned out to be a very unfortunate decision. Despite a promising sales pitch for the services of JMW, KFH couldn't have been less interested in learning about the issues we experienced with these solicitors.
At no point (including after completion) did anyone ask for feedback or to 'check in' on how things were going, despite me raising concerns on several occasions. Our expectations of any estate agent weren't particularly high to start with, but they were far from met. I could not, in good faith, recommend KFH Kennington to someone selling their home.

Paul Bent visited to value my property. He was very personable, engaged and interested in my life beyond the sale of my flat. No rush, unike another who arrived with just a smile, a cursory 10 minute visit and an template email cranked out within 20 minutes of the visit. Paul also assisted me with additional detailed info on the property and area I was buying outside London. Great handshake, great smile. Goes the extra mile.

The agent, Natalia, showed me around 3 properties in the area before finding a brilliant home that fit all of my criteria. She was transparent with what she knew about the property and she was also very flexible when I asked to arrange a second viewing at short notice.
