GoogleWe recently purchased a property from KFH and Darren Tait was our estate agent. He was absolutely fantastic. He was honest, knowledgable, and made us feel very comfortable. My lasting memory, when I asked what he thought about the loft, was him immediately climbing into it without the luxury of a ladder. Excellent estate agent. I would highly recommend Darren Tait and KFH.

He managed the process with tact and diplomacy with a bit of a push when a push was needed and kept us informed at all stages. i would recommend KFH in general and Daniel in particular without reservation. GoogleAvoid at all costs. Specially if you are dealing with Roxanne...She gave me a notice date, then suddently (and because the landlady needed the money) the date was pushed to the 16th of August...I already found a property to move in on the 1st of August. Jordan then came into the email war (and he was as difficult to deal as Roxanne, Surprise!!) Honestly the worse experience with an Agency in London. Not communication, lies and Im sure they will try to keep my deposit as they just show me to be all about money. Never renting with KFH again. Update: Of course they tried to keep almost my full deposit but with the help of the tenancy deposit scheme I recovered almost in full as I mention months ago, they are just all about the money. RENTERS AVOID

Only strike against them is that they use Homelet for referencing which added a lot of unnecessary stress.
