GoogleI would like to express my upmost gratitude for the exceptional service delivered by Kenneth; In addition to sourcing a great range of properties, he was highly professional as well as very kind and empathetic to our personal needs; even though we didn’t purchase, our experience during the viewings were second to none, and we highly recommend Kenneth and KFH.

GoogleI've recently had an offer accepted on a house that was marketed by KFH. The agent, Natalia, showed me around 3 properties in the area before finding a brilliant home that fit all of my criteria. She was transparent with what she knew about the property and she was also very flexible when I asked to arrange a second viewing at short notice. The other KFH staff have also been great in helping me to secure this property, including Tara who was quick to provide me with the offer letters and the acceptance memo. Thank you KFH!

GoogleA huge thank you to Justin and the sales team (particularly Gerard) at Kennington KFH. They have just exchanged on a second sale for us in the last couple years and on both occassions the transactions were dealt with in a professional, yet friendly and very straightforward manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone locally looking to sell. A first rate service.

GoogleWe recently purchased a property from KFH and Darren Tait was our estate agent. He was absolutely fantastic. He was honest, knowledgable, and made us feel very comfortable. My lasting memory, when I asked what he thought about the loft, was him immediately climbing into it without the luxury of a ladder. Excellent estate agent. I would highly recommend Darren Tait and KFH.
