GoogleI was really impressed with the service provided. KFH covered the sale of my previous property and also the purchase of my new one and Josh was great throughout, kept me informed and helped the process move along in sometimes complex circumstances. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

GoogleMohammed Bhatti has been efficient and communicative throughout the letting process thus far. He has been understanding of our needs and requirements and pushed to find compromises with our landlord where needed. He has given a positive impression of KFH and I would certainly recommend him to others.

GoogleRebecca was a fantastic help as we moved into our new flat in London. Easy to talk to, professional, she helped us find the best flat for us. Would recommend to anyone looking for property in the area. In the last few years, we have dealt with three letting agencies, head and shoulders above the rest.

GoogleHaving dealt with Amber on a time sensitive matter, I can say she was instrumental in helping exchange to take place. Amber understood the issues of the transaction, liaised with both sides when necessary and ensured communication was maintained. Amber, thank you for all your hard work! I look forward to working with you again.

GoogleWe had a great experience with Cleo here. Throughout we found her to be professional, punctual and alert in her work, and in communicating with her she was approachable, understanding and patient. Compared to past experiences with estate agents, Cleo was heaven sent, and we would be delighted to recommend and work through her again.

GoogleJustin Bhoday managed the sale of my flat on Kennington Park Road. He and his team provided a superb service that brought about the sale on Friday 18th May 2018. Justin was courteous, enthusiastic and professional at all times and provided sound and clear advice. I would very much recommend Justin and KFH Kennington.

GoogleGeorge was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the process of renting our flat. He was prompt, helpful and kept us updated without us ever needing to chase him up. He was also very efficient and made everything so easy - such a contrast to letting agents I've worked with in the past!

GoogleMy agent, Ayo Akigbogun, is being very helpful and on top of everything sorting things out for our new house. Everything went fast and smooth! Thank you so much!

GoogleRoxanne and Jesse got my flat let a day after it had been on the market at the asking price. They were helpful and responsive throughout the letting process and gave good advice on furniture and fittings needed, how to apply for a HMO and specific clauses for tenancy agreement. The tenants were moved in within 3 weeks. I highly recommend KFH on the basis of working with Roxanne and Jesse.

GooglePriyesh and Darren did a great job in marketing my property, dealing very effectively when the buyer whose offer I had accepted then withdrew, quickly slotting in an alternative buyer. Then they navigated the deal well through subsequent price reduction discussions and other bumps, keeping the show on the road!

GoogleKFH were the estate agents for the property we bought and moved into just before Christmas. Darren and Justin were very helpful and attentive throughout the whole process. We really appreciated their patience with us (ok, me!) and all the efforts that they went to to get us all moved before Christmas.

GoogleWould highly recommend this estate agent. Have dealt with a number of agents throughout my career. However, dealing with Ayo was a different standard. His professionalism, his positive attitude and his willingness to always be helpful is much appreciated. No hesitation whatsoever to recommend KFH.
