In particular, Ayo Akigbogun provided a smooth service by covering any questions we had, advising us on the next steps, and even went above and beyond by assisting us with a faulty key after we had moved in.

GoogleKinleigh Folkard & Hayward are representing the empty flat next door to me, where in October the fire alarm starting emitting warning beeps that it was low on battery. This fire alarm continued emitting loud high pitched beeps every thirty seconds for over eight weeks while KFH did absolutely nothing, despite me repeatedly emailing and calling to tell them of this issue. On week nine (when the battery had finally completely run out and mercifully stopped beeping every thirty seconds, day and night) someone finally came to the flat - whether to check on the fire alarm or for some other reason I'll never know. I would invite the KFH employees who represent this flat (as well as the ones who took my phone calls and lied that something would soon be done) to prove that living with a loud beeping noise every 30 seconds (day and night) isn't too bad, by rigging something similar up in their own homes, and handing control of it to another - equally incompetent - lettings agency.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
