I highly recommend buying or selling through KFH Kennington. Abigail Coombs in particular was the agent that gave extra advice & support which was very helpful indeed.

GoogleWe sold our flat with KFH recently. We had had a bad experience with the flat not getting any interest with a different agent, so we swapped to them after about 8 weeks. Nicola & the rest of the team at KFH were incredibly dedicated and hard working. Communication was excellent and we really felt that we were being looked after throughout the process, both pre and post sale. GoogleAbsolutely shocking letting agent. Do not rent from these people. They do not have the tennents' safety in mind. Firstly when we moved in to our flat (September 2020), the flat hadn't been professionally cleaned with hairs all over the place and crumbs in the kitchen, the toilet seat was newly broken and a few of the cupboards and lights not working. When we questioned this, they told us they hadn't been able to get anyone to check it out over the weekend due to covid?! I'm not 100% sure why this was relevant or how they'd managed to get an electrician over to do fuse testing but no part of their letting or maintenance team. If anything, during a global pandemic I'd have thought cleaning was even more important.! This was hugely disappointing first day and so far no real apology or explanation has been given. So we lived in other peoples' dirt for a week before we could get our own cleaner in to do it. (A friend of ours had the same problem with KFH last year) Secondly we rented a 2 bedroom flat but it has become apparent that the damp in one of them renders it useless as it has black wet mould on three of the four walls, with my flatmate having to move her bedding into the front room as it is causing respiratory problems. When viewed the property, the damp had been scrubbed off with remnants being covered by wall hangings so it was a massive suprise to find it. We've called multiple times and had workmen over to do quotes to fix both the damp (all say it is totally uninhabitable) and the rest of the problems (toilet seat would take 5 mins and cost KFH £30) but coming up to two months in still no work. So at the moment we have no working toilet and one bedroom between two tennents. I simply cannot understand why anyone would use them. They are blaming the landlord but surely there has to be some sort of vetting of both the landlord and the property, and the maintenance team should have been on top of bringing it up to standard after looking after the property for the last 3 years.

GoogleWe had previously been on with a different agency and had two viewings in six weeks, so decided we should try another. The photos were taken and the ad went live less than a week after agreeing to go with KFH. Josh (the agent from KFH) did an amazing job at getting people through the door with about 10 viewings in the first month. This eventually led to us receiving an offer we were happy with. Our flat was located in Oval Quarter. I would definitely recommend to anyone selling in the development to go with KFH.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleVery disappointing experience selling my flat with KFH, especially as I had a great experience with them when I bought it over 10 years ago. Their systems are archaic, meaning you cannot send them files like jpegs, the photographer was terrible and overall, Josh my agent seemed to think he was working for the buyer rather than me. He did not effectively move the sale along and when we finally did close (at a moment's notice) he didn't even call me or send an email saying congrats. So disappointed and I'm sure if you are selling in the Kennington area you can find a better agency to use.NegativeValue
