GoogleI have been so impressed. A lovely lady called Izzy greeted me with a smile and was super helpful. She put me through to Josh who was super down to earth and not anything like some other slimy estate agents I've had to work with in the past. Cannot recommend the staff more highly, however when I was in their office this week there was a slight damp smell which can't be pleasant for the employees to work in.

GoogleI recently relocated to London from Seattle and have been overwhelmed by questionable estate agents. Cleo McKay at KFH stood out from the rest by providing exceptional customer service, even picking me up and driving me to viewings. She was patient and answered all of my many questions regarding each property. I would recommend KFH and Cleo in particular as they were the only ones who made me feel like I wasn’t going to get taken advantage of in a new city.

GoogleSadly it's not every day I find reasons to recommend estate agents. :-) However, we have engaged with KFH Kennington a few times and most recently to sell a flat in Vauxhall. KFH Kennington did a great job and acted professionally and efficiently all the way through. The sale was completed in a timely manner with KFH gently nudging the process on both sides. I'd also like to highlight longer term specific local knowledge which is not always as deep as advertised, but KFH knows the local streets and what works in the market and thus is able to set realistic and fair expectations. Very happy to recommend KFH Kennington!

GoogleMy dilemma, which Kennington estate agent to use, Paul Forster came along for the valuation, he was different than the rest, I was made to feel like an individual client, not part of a production line. He easily built up a rapport, he listened, he advised, but ultimately I felt like my concerns were catered for. I was impressed. After I instructed KFH most of my contact was with Jonathan Adams. He also impressed me with his professional manner and very capable negotiation skills.

GoogleKFH handled finding and moving into our rented flat with very slick professionalism and great communication throughout. They really took care of us and responded quickly and intelligently to our many and varied needs and questions. Always fast to respond to emails and the phone, and calling in to the agency to collect keys and sign paperwork etc was a breeze. We found everyone to be friendly and fun, information is given freely and transparently, and follow-up administration and legalities dealt with so efficiently. Definitely recommend KFH!

GoogleWe recently used KFH in Kennington to sell our flat. This was the second time we have used them and again we were very happy with the service we received. Justin has a fantastic knowledge of the local market, he is helpful and straightforward. Paul Forster oversaw our sale and he was great. He quickly secured a buyer for our flat and was able to reassure the buyer of our commitment to moving despite it taking some months for us to find a property. He was also able to offer advice on our purchase without appearing pushy. We would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.

GoogleFinding somewhere to rent in London can be a tumultuous affair, but George at KFH facilitated the whole process, making it as painless as possible. Rather than hounding me with poorly chosen properties like some other agents I employed, George at KFH waited until something came up that fitted the brief. Communication was clear and swift, and I would thoroughly recommend this agent, and George, to any friends looking to move into the area. Merveilleux!

GoogleFinding a flat was a pleasurable experience with George. Such a nice and friendly person, did his best to help me with finding the most suitable option for me. I've also had experience with other agencies but they were not even comparable to KFH Kennington when it comes to the approach and being there to help me through the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in a need of estate agents.
