GoogleI have only good things to say about my experience selling my flat with KFH Kennington. Daniel Montaque provided a professional service and was quick to deal with queries and respond to my emails. He was patient and good humoured, and had an excellent understanding of what I wanted to achieve in terms of both price and speed in completing the sale. Selling a property can be a very stressful process but he did everything he could to make it as smooth as possible. I wholeheartedly recommend KFH Kennington to anyone in the area.

GoogleKFH, and Temi in particular, have been absolutely spectacular at very step in the process leading up to our new home. Temi instantly understood what we wanted and made sure every flat we viewed (3 with KFH; 7 in total) were gems in terms of quality/cost and were highly in demand. They certainly also understood the property owners as well, which was key for us in giving appropriate bids for our flat. Thank you KFH and Temi. Would highly recommend both.

GoogleI initially tried to sell my flat with an online agency to avoid the fees, but we received very little interest. Turns out estate agents do more than you think! As soon as I instructed KFH we had lots of viewings, and soon enough the right offer. The sales process was then handled brilliantly by Daniel Montaque, who was on top of everything from start to finish. I was very pleased with the result and how everything was dealt with. Would definitely recommend, thanks KFH!

GoogleAbsolutely incredible service from Catherine at KFH Kennington. I had suddenly found a new job in London, and had to relocate there from Birmingham within a couple weeks. My friend and I had shown interest in the area and went into KFH, where Catherine took my details and ensured me she'd be in contact as soon as something became available, being aware I didn't have much time. Within a few days she had a potential property for us, catered for the fact I had to commute ASAP from Birmingham to view it, and assisted with all our queries regarding putting in an offer. As someone who is moving city to let a property for the first time, Catherine really helped from the very start, to signing the tenancy agreement. Couldn't recommend enough!
