We had a fantastic experience with Edmund during our flat search. Right from the first phone call, he stood out by being incredibly thoughtful and attentive. When he called to follow up, he caringly asked, “Do you remember enquiring about this specific property?” It was such a nice, human touch because he clearly understood that we were looking at many flats and might need a moment to place it. I was really keen to see a property over the weekend, and Edmund went above and beyond, doing everything he possibly could to accommodate my schedule while still respecting the current tenants. Meeting him in person was just as positive. He is genuinely lovely, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. Even though we ultimately didn't move forward with the property he showed us because of our specific requirements, I would trust Edmund implicitly to find us a home in the future. If you want an agent who actually listens, has high emotional intelligence, and treats you like a person rather than just a lead, I highly recommend Edmund at KFH!

We recently purchased and sold through KFH. Ben Roche was our primary contact and excellent in both instances. Our purchase went smoothly thanks to Ben and we were able move swiftly through all stages promptly exchanging and then to completion. Through no fault of KFH our sale did not run as smoothly particularly as we approached the final stages. Despite this Ben continued to push things along and was always very quick to respond to all queries. Thanks to him we were able to finally get it across the line and to completion. I would highly recommend Ben and KFH if you were looking to sell and would expect you have a great experience if purchasing through them.
