GoogleWe recently had the pleasure of working with Ayo to find our rental flat in London, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Initially, we were assisted by Muguisha, who was also incredibly helpful and professional. However, once we came across a flat in Ayo’s portfolio, he stepped in and guided us through the entire process seamlessly. As newcomers to the UK and first-time renters in London, we were aware that certain aspects of our situation might be seen as challenges. Yet, Ayo made what seemed like a daunting task feel entirely manageable, even before we arrived in the UK! His responsiveness, speed, and attentiveness at every stage were truly remarkable. No question was too small, and he was always ready to provide clear, friendly guidance. Thanks to Ayo’s dedication and support, we were able to secure our flat quickly and efficiently. If I ever need to rent a flat again, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him. Huge thanks to Ayo for making this experience not only successful but also enjoyable!

GoogleEdmund was the second agent I went to ask for guidance. The first one I went to didn't even look at my face when he heard about our budget and smashed our hopes with his attitude. But Edmund was so welcoming and encouraging that it really touched me. His positive attitude helped me to stay positive and now my partner and I found our dream flat within our budget, in the are we wanted. Although it was not through KFH, I really believe that Edmund's attitude shifted a lot for me in the process and helped make it happen. So, thanks a million for your kindness and encouragement and would definitely of back to KFH Kennington if need be or just to say hi!

GoogleEdmund made my our whole process seamless from start to finish. Even taking out time in his day to show me the place and tell me more about the lovely neighborhood. As someone who is moving to the UK I was anxious about finding the right place that meets all my needs. However, KFH's available lettings were endless and after narrowing down the perfect place for me it was easy to make an offer and eventually sign the lease in just a few weeks. I will definitely be using KFH again in the future.

I highly recommend his services and KFH as an estate agents, Edmund has always been very approachable and answered any questions I may have quickly. GoogleI would like to recognize the team led by Justin, and in particular Darren Tait who managed the sale wonderfully. Darren surpassed expectations with his professionalism, attentiveness, and competence. The sale completed successfully in large part because of him. He kept me informed of developments at all times, cajoled and harried all those supporting the sale process, and managed everything seamlessly. But more than that, he genuinely cares for his clients, and that is rare. He also brings such a cheerful, and positive attitude to the process. It is infectious, it smoothes over bumps, and helps everyone to work together. You cannot put a price on it. In addition, on so many occasions he went over and beyond what was expected to help the sale along, which for someone who lives overseas trying to sell helped so much. So this is a review for KFH Kennington, but also an opportunity for me to say to Darren, thank you so very much!

GoogleRoxanne at KFH in Kennington has been incredibly helpful with letting out my property. She really knows her stuff, is very responsive and professional and always follows through on promises. I looked at a few agents in the area but was most impressed with Roxanne - she was the most efficient, helpful and knowledgeable, and always quick to answer any queries on the phone or via email. She has a real no-nonsense approach, which she pairs with honesty and transparency. I highly recommend working with Roxanne.

GoogleRoxanne and her team (Jesse, Edmund and Ayo) were straight on the case when my house became available for new tenants. They were responsive and very proactive, culminating in two offers ( from quality tenants) a week after the house became available ! They all went out of their way to help. KFH’s letting support team were also excellent ( Terry et al). Really quick to respond, helpful and efficient at getting quotes and the necessary paperwork together. Definitely recommend KFH Kennington.

GoogleEverything was great until we moved in the flat and we were needing them. Their property management service is the worse we had to deal with. They are unprofessional and rude, and won't try to help you. Throughout our renting period, we had several normal issues with the flat, that normally shouldn't take long to resolve. We were usually waiting weeks to get things fixed, by sending multiple emails that were almost never answered to. We were dealing with Kirilee who was highly unprofessional and not proactive, and more than one time we had to escalate to her manager to get things done. At one point we had a problem with the hot water system, and this problem lasted for 4 months. We were spending weeks without any reply from Kirilee to calls and emails, and we lost a lot of time chasing them. We also spent 2 months before getting our deposit back, and things only moved when we mentioned we were going to start legal actions. As a conclusion, everything was great when visiting the property, getting the paperwork done (our renewal contract was surprisingly extremely fast) and checking in. But as soon as there is no money involved and you need them, you're on your own. We had to deal with other estate agency, and I strongly advised against this one.

I have called every day looking for a London apartment to rent ovet the past month, and he has always been on hand to assist me, nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He would go out of his way to keep me updated with new properties on the market daily, and arranged viewings quickly at times that suited me. He has gone above and beyond to find us the perfect flat and we are so grateful for his brilliant customer service. He is an asset to the company and treats his clients with the highest respect and professionalism. I could not recommend him more.
