GoogleWe started to rent a flat mid COVID pandemic and we could only do virtual viewings as we weren't based in London. We received a filthy flat, it was never professionally cleaned and the walls covered in stains and scuffmarks we quickly found rodents in the flat. When we complained to the property manager Stefania, she told us that because on the check in it says it was professionally cleaned that they couldn't do anything or get it updated as it was a third party who did it the inventory even though we sent the pictures proving the state of the property. After one year we obviously didn't want to stay in that flat, so we left the property in the same state, they tried to take our deposit to redecorate the flat and the property manager did absolutely nothing to resonate with the landlord as he was clearly in the wrong here. Very poor management, only one sided and I would definitely not recommend this place if you are looking to rent out a flat!!!!NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleEngaging with KFH was a terrible experience. KFH’s lead agent lied to us in order to win our mandate over their competitor by saying that they would host an open house on the first Saturday of viewings. This was never done, and in fact after we signed the mandate, our emails were never returned and the agents showing the flat knew absolutely nothing about the flat (like our utilities expenses, service charges, our S20 status etc). KFH didn’t even reply when we emailed to terminate the contract. We had to follow up with another email and phone call. Basically it was a complete waste of time engaging with KFH.
