GoogleAvoid at all costs.
Specially if you are dealing with Roxanne...She gave me a notice date, then suddently (and because the landlady needed the money) the date was pushed to the 16th of August...I already found a property to move in on the 1st of August. Jordan then came into the email war (and he was as difficult to deal as Roxanne, Surprise!!) Honestly the worse experience with an Agency in London. Not communication, lies and Im sure they will try to keep my deposit as they just show me to be all about money. Never renting with KFH again.
Update:
Of course they tried to keep almost my full deposit but with the help of the tenancy deposit scheme I recovered almost in full as I mention months ago, they are just all about the money. RENTERS AVOID

GoogleKFH met expectations. They did a good job at arranging a viewing evening and making sure buyers were well vetted. Paul, the branch manager, in particular was helpful and responsive throughout. Further to accepting an offer the service was average. We often received emails that were confused or out of date, and did not help progress things. However, we had a good dialogue with our conveyancer so this did not disrupt the process significantly, but we could see how this could impact others in a less fortunate position than us.
A final point, despite the property being owned and sold by a couple, all emails and correspondence were only addressed to the male partner despite phone calls, emails and the account name being in both the male and females name.

GoogleThese agents are to be avoided at all costs. They let themselves into the apartment for viewings illegally, repeatedly and without prior notice or permission, to conduct viewings (the owner had decided to sell) over a 6 month period sometimes multiple times per day. This one bedroom apartment with the front door opposite the bathroom afforded absolutely no privacy at all in these circumstances. On moving out we couldn’t believe that they then withheld the sizeable deposit and we had to take it to arbitration to get it back (we got it back but it took four months!!!)
Deal with these people at your peril they are truly awful. Read the bad reviews and believe them!
