GoogleAlthough it took a year to sell my MH house (a housing market in the doldrums and Covid-19) it was not for lack of effort on the part of Oscar Downey and his colleagues. Oscar was very proactive in encouraging the eventual buyer and he was always very professional, tactful and positive In his dealings with me. I would highly recommend Oscar and the KFH team whether you are selling or buying. Thank you Oscar for your persistence.

GoogleI sold my house with Lotte Smith at KFH, Muswell Hill. There were multiple chains involved, but Lotte stayed positive, maintaining a calm and professional manner throughout and always kept things progressing. Lotte is a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her.

GoogleIt's always a daunting time to be looking for a new place to move and is very stressful. Danica was fantastic at showing me suitable homes that I would appreciate. The slight downside is that I placed a deposit to hold onto a property too soon that I wanted but left no room for negotiating on move in date and repairs needed. I ended up having to pay two council tax bills for two different properties in November. The flat needed repair and Danica did her best to get that all done but sadly I've ended up paying for all blinds being replaced at my own cost :( A very expensive move but a flat I really love.

GoogleVery disappointing experience. We thought customer satisfaction is their highest priority but it isn’t. Two of their letting agents, Nadia and Charmain, mentioned during our viewing and while visiting the branch later that our flat will be painted and professionally cleaned. Neither has happened. The worst is that they no reject that they ever promised that and claimed it was our mistake because we didn’t write it on the requirement list of the offer letter. I also asked Nadia for an introduction to her manager to talk through this. She simply ignored me.

GoogleJames Boal and his team have recently found me tenants and after dealing with a different agent for many years previously it was a positively refreshing experience. James gave an honest figure on the valuation instead of trying to just tell me the highest price to get my business. His team then came over to preview the property and they had an asking price offer within 2 days. Can't rate the team highly enough.

GoogleI would suggest being cautious when considering KFH for finding a house in Muswell Hill. I had a challenging experience with their service. I ended up renting a place through them, and unfortunately, they also manage the property, not just the letting process. Their response to any property-related issue tends to be slow and inefficient. Be prepared to follow up with them on everything. It often feels like their decisions favor the landlord rather than the tenant, and there is a lack of transparency in their communication with the landlord. If you raise concerns about property management provided by KFH, the branch manager might respond by saying they operate separately. Seriously! To save yourself some peace and reduce stress, it might be wise to avoid properties let and managed by KFH. They can be quite unprofessional and inefficient, which can be frustrating. If the agent rushes you during the viewing, it might be best to skip it. If the property is managed by KFH, consider skipping it as well. If you find the agents unprofessional during the viewing, it could be a sign to look elsewhere. I experienced this myself and felt it might have been related to my race, as the agent was very professional with others. Additionally, don't expect much empathy in your interactions.

GoogleVery impressed with the efficiency and dedication to providing good service. For me this was a smooth and well informed experience. Starting from viewing of property to moving to my new flat. Both - Danica Maynerd and Farnaz Bashir were very easy to talk to, good listeners to my requirements and friendly as well. Would love to liaise with them in future as well for any of my future property. I’m extremely happy with their professionalism and wish them good luck. Keep up the good work. 😊

GoogleWe were absolutely blown away by Jade at KFH. She went above and beyond to help us find our perfect property, even meeting us much later in the day (when she should have been done with viewings for the day!) to squeeze us in at a property we really wanted to see.. (which we now own!). She took the time to get to know us and she really got a sense of what we were looking for. She was always available for help and advice and she really made you feel as though she cared. She always replied to our emails promptly and followed things up as soon as we asked her to. She also followed up with us after the sale to check if we needed anything. She is kind and personable and we feel that Jade is a credit to KFH. Thanks for everything!! Helen and Adam :)

Even though we had a few problems with viewings thanks to an awkward previous tenant, once we were allowed in Rebecca made everything easy and quick for us. She is extremely approachable and genuine and listens to what you need. Within a few hours of viewing the property we had already had an offer accepted, had reference checks completed and had a move in date. I would highly recommend KFH to anyone searching in the Muswell Hill area

GoogleMs Charlotte Smith (known as Lottie) recently assisted me in the sale of a flat in Muswell Hill. The sale proved tricky and time consuming for a host of reasons unconnected with Kfh’s service. Lottie found me a good, reliable buyer and gave me advice, encouragement and empathy at certain difficult points in the transaction. As I believe everyone recognises, the buying and selling of property is a stressful undertaking at the best of times and the importance of having a professional, experienced agent such as Lottie cannot in my view be overestimated. In short I do not hesitate in awarding Lottie and kfh 5 well earned gold stars.
