Stuart and the team have done a really fantastic job selling my house. I thought their sales strategy was extremely effective and resulted in offers going to best and final. The entire sales team (not just those conducting viewings) came out to my house before it went on the market so that they could all answer queries. The marketing photos they took were beautiful. They were highly professional from start to finish. Stuart was extremely communicative and a pleasure to work with. He drove the process and made sure I was kept up to date with my chain at all times. I was extremely impressed.

We had a very disappointing experience with this estate agent while purchasing a flat in MH where they represented the sellers. We were liaising with Stuart and Shantay. Throughout the process, their conduct felt heavily biased in favour of the sellers, with little regard for fairness or transparency toward the buyers. Communication was selective, important information was not clearly disclosed at the appropriate time, and responses to reasonable queries were often delayed or avoided. There was also consistent pressure applied to push the transaction forward, even when legitimate concerns had not yet been properly addressed. Rather than acting as a professional intermediary facilitating a balanced transaction, the approach felt one-sided and transactional. Buying a property is a significant financial and emotional commitment, and buyers deserve honesty, transparency, and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. We would advise future buyers to ensure they independently verify all information and proceed with caution. Overall, we will definitely go for more ethos and respect for the buyers/tenants if we ever decide to sell or rent our place.

I had a really great experience with this estate agents. Shout out to Shaun, who handled my move from start to finish. From viewing the property, putting an application in, referencing and to collecting the keys. He was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. As my dad was my guarantor he also had to go through referencing, and Shaun was especially patient and supportive in communicating with him.
