GoogleWe recently sold our flat through KFH and would recommend their services. The team were very supportive and friendly throughout the process - which you need during this stressful time. A huge thank you and shout out to Lottie who was brilliant throughout and especially later down the line to help keep all parties in the loop of any updates. Thank you Lottie 😊

GoogleKFH were amazing and incredibly helpful. Charmain went to great lengths to help me find a suitable place to rent in a short time frame. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend.

GoogleElysia at KFH was the agent for both the sale of our flat and the onward property we were purchasing. Elysia was sensational throughout despite the pressure of meeting the stamp duty deadline and other hurdles that were put in our way. Elysia was very responsive, professional and always solutions focussed. I have no doubt that the sale and purchase of the two properties would have fallen through were it not for Elysia and KFH's expert handling of the process and I would definitely recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleDanica Macnab is a professional and friendly lettings negotiator. From our initial consultation, I could tell that she is patient, on top of things, and a great communicator. One thing I really appreciated about Danica is her follow up - if she says she's going to do something, leave it with her, as she'll get it done. That's a really great quality to have and gives the client and sense of trust that you're in good hands. Thank you, Danica!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI met Denica Macnab for the 1st time on Tuesday 17th august, when my daughter requested a very last minute viewing in Muswell Hill. The property was great but not available in my time frame. Danica said she could show me another lovely flat around the corner that she thought would be perfect for me. Denica went straight back to the agency to collect the keys and was back within a few mins. She showed us the flat which indeed was perfect for me. Denica was personable, warm, friendly and professional, I liked her straight away. Within 48 hours all emails were exchanged, documents signed and all queries and questions answered to everyone's satisfaction. As a result we move in on Monday 23rd. I feel safe in the knowledge that the agency are managing the property and will deal with any future issues with the same professionalism. We would definitely recommend Denica and the agency if your looking for excellent, helpful, friendly & fast service.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleMy experience of KFH from start to finish has been outstanding. The staff in the Muswell Hill office have been, without exception, consistent in all my dealings with them - combining the right amount of professionalism and friendliness. Elysia Charalambous, in particular, went above and beyond in order to push our house sale through in what have been difficult circumstances throughout the onset of the COVID 19 virus. She was persistent but always polite and would not hesitate to do anything she could to ensure everything went smoothly in our chain. Thank you to Elysia, Matthew and the team for all their help during what was such an important but inevitably stressful process. You deserve continued success in Muswell Hill and I would not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleBy far the best agents we have dealt with. We contacted most of the agents in Muswell Hill when selling our property and KFH stood out from the beginning. Matthew appreciated the value of the property and the entire team took an active interest. In particular, Elysia was exceptional from start to finish - communication, appointments, negotiation, coordination - she clearly takes pride in what she does and that showed in achieving numerous offers significantly beyond the valuation of other agents. No hesitation in recommending.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleJust sold my place in N10 with Elysia who was absolutely brilliant. Unfortunately we had an issue when trying to sell last year and had to withdraw at the last minute. Elysia was very understanding despite the news being incredibly frustrating for us all, so it was a no brainer to go straight back to her when we were able to sell again. I spoke to many agents in my time living in Muswell Hill and Elysia was by far the best to deal with and the most knowledgeable. If you are looking to buy or sell in the area l would strongly recommend speaking with KFH and specifically Elysia. KFH are lucky to have her!

GoogleWe bought our first home with KFH Muswell Hill. I would like to praise Laurent Ciarlet, who went above and beyond, provided expert advise and guided us through such a stressful process. Laurent was always on top of things, kept us updated regularly at all stages, went the extra mile so many times to help us with our hurdles and negotiated everything fairly and honestly. I also had an excellent experience with their financial services team. Kerry Golding answered all of our questions, prepared our application in no time and secured a trouble free mortgage deal for us. We really appreciate the communications with everyone in the team. We always had very quick and clear responses. I cannot recommend KFH enough!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe have just sold our Muswell Hill property through KFH and the service provided was exemplary throughout. We were lucky enough to get two offers and both Elysia and Laurent were fair, honest, transparent and quick to achieve the best offer possible on our property. Laurent then took the negotiation forward from the moment of acceptance and was fantastic in keeping the sale on track throughout the conveyancing process. He regularly called and kept us in the loop of the actions of the buyers / their solicitor and was always contactable with any questions we had. We also had a few twists and turns on exchange day, and again he managed the situation brilliantly to get the sale exchanged. In short, would thoroughly recommend Laurent and the whole team at KFH.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI cannot recommend Stephanie and her team highly enough. Having managed our new let seamlessly, Stephanie then went above and beyond in assisting me, when having just moved into our new home, we had a sudden change of circumstances. She tried everything she could to help me to resolve the situation and to make me feel fully supported. Thank you so much Stephanie.
