GoogleLottie and the team at KFH Muswell Hill have been incredibly helpful in what has been not a particularly straight-forward purchase. They gave me first choice when the property I was interested in came back on the market and they introduced me to the right people who through hard work managed to get my first purchase across the line. GoogleWe recently completed the purchase of our new home and KFH were acting as the estate agents. Lottie was our main point of contact and she was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. She was always available to take our calls, answer questions and provide advice. They have been understanding , cooperative and guided us throughout the process. Will definitely recommend them. We gave 4 star as there is always room for improvement . Our key handover experience at KFH office could have been better.

GoogleJust bought a property through this branch, Elysia and Andrea were amazing. Andrea in particular was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He moved to work at a different location but continued to help me. The loss of 2 stars was due to Matthew who was the rudest person I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Disgusting behaviour considering he’s the manager there, however I have formally logged a complaint that hopefully will be dealt with because I was treated so badly by him - would encourage management to listen to the calls between me and him so you can understand why. Very unfortunate as everyone else was lovely.

She guided us through the process and we are very grateful to have met such a lovely, kind, professional letting agent. GoogleI reached out multiple times to book rental viewings and was ignored constantly / never called back. I even went to other branches and asked them to bump this branch because they had properties I wanted to view. Super annoying.

GoogleTai Henry Recently showed me round 4 properties On a Friday afternoon. I found him incredibly knowledgeable, personable and also credible. One has to remember this is a free service until you choose to buy a house and Estate agents work incredibly hard.

GoogleYou can imagine how hard it is to find a property for letting at the moment, considering demand for rent is through the roof! I’ve had a tough experience trying to find the right place for the past 2 months but luckily I found the right company and person to help me last week. I can’t thank Charmain Alexander from KFH Muswell Hill enough for what she has done to help and honestly I don’t think I would manage to secure a letting of this standard without her assistance in particular.
