GoogleOscar & Matthew at KFH in Muswell Hill were very professional over the sale of my flat. They persevered with trying to find a buyer & then in pushing the sale over the line during two lockdowns when no-one knew what was going on with the world. Oscar & I spoke weekly over a long-winded sales process to work together on the decisions along the way. I can recommend them very highly.

Thanks to Elysia for finding a buyer for my flat, and particular thanks to Oscar who really excelled in his role. GoogleMy husband and I just purchased a house and the sellers had used Liam Bray as their sales agent. Even though he represented the sellers, he was fantastic to work with. He was very up-front and honest, communicative and he kept us informed every step of the way throughout the process. He made sure that both the exchange and completion went according to plan and thankfully, there were no surprises or bumps along the road. Everything was seamless and straightforward, I couldn't recommend him enough.

Having briefed with us about our expectations he promptly found the perfect match for our family. The rest of the team were also always happy to assist us with queries and paperwork so we didn't feel the process was heavy or hard at all. KFH provided a reliable and comfortable approach to the stressful nightmare of moving..! I vividly recommend their services.

GoogleWe sold our house through KFH in May this year. The process of finding a buyer took around four months, during which time the sale fell through twice. Each time, the team at KFH (Chris Taylor, to be specific, who found all three of our buyers) quickly recovered and produced an impressive number of new viewers, allowing the purchase of our new house not to fall through. I really can't say enough good things about all the agents there, especially Chris. The booking and the viewing process, easily one of the most annoying part of selling a house, was conducted efficiently and respectfully of our home. During the negotiating and conveyancing part, Chris was a strong partner for us and helped us get the price we wanted in the best possible timeline. I trusted him completely and would happily recommend him and the team to anyone.

Chris has been so quick to answer every question and put me in touch with a host of tradesmen who have been able to assist me with my purchase process. Chris also put me in touch with KFH's mortgage broker Med and his team who have been wonderful - fast to respond to everything; keeping me informed all along the way and going above and beyond to ensure the process was a seamless as possible. When you're buying a property you want to feel secure in your decision and know you're in capable hands, which is exactly why I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris and the KFH team to anyone.

GoogleI just rented a flat with this branch and Visar was the agent who helped me to find the best flat (according to my criteria) in a very short time. He listens to you very carefully, understands your needs, and then finds the right places for you in a rather short time. Very skilled, communicable, and positive agent. And also a very good negotiator as well. I strongly recommend him for anyone looking for a place in the North London.

GoogleAbsolutely disgusting company.. literally robbed us of our deposit.. everything was completely fine until the Greek land lord found out we was Turkish. Then all sorts of difficulties starting to come from no where. E.g. you can't bring in your own furniture even after we said we would leave them there didn't want to sleep in some next dusty persons bed. Ontop of all of this they are very unprofessional. Absolute liars don't believe a word these guys tell you absolute scam artists.
