GoogleWe used KFH to sell our property. From the outset they were very prompt at dealing with my many enquiries and guided us through the process. Viewings were done at times convenient to us and the property brochure put together by them was really professional. Our negotiator Katie has been on hand and very approachable throughout, though whenever I've spoken to anyone else there they've been able to assist immediately. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

GoogleAfter myself and my partner had had two properties fall through in the space of two weeks, we were really struggling to solve the problem of finally getting a flat. Kam our amazing estate agent even though this was not her responsibility called around and tried to find any property for us that she could. She has been nothing put communicative and transparent with us throughout this whole process. We really appreciated her help and honesty and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to rent in the London market.

Once my offer accepted, everything went very smoothly. GoogleIf you are a tenant and you are looking for an agency, who will enter the property whenever they want without letting you know and sharing your personal information with 3rd party and after this denying every mistake they made- this is your agency. Stephanie Antoniou and Annie May are the most unprofessional people you can meet while looking for a property.They will charge you for everything and will always expect from you to keep your obligations, but they will never keep theirs. They couldn't rent out the property, so I decided to take the things in my hands so we can move out earlier. I have done the viewing with the prospective tenants and managed to let out the property from the first time. Absolutely unacceptable attitude from such a big company!

As such, we have investigated into this for you. It is to our understanding that our Muswell Hill branch made a minor system error to which they apologised for. As a result of this, you then requested a refund for the tenancy agreement fee. Due to us not being able to refund you the monies, you then requested to vacate the property earlier than the agreed notice date. We wanted to accommodate you as much as possible and as a result secured a tenant, enabling you to vacate the property one month earlier. We appreciate that there were a few miscommunications between yourself and the branch, however we hope you know that we always have our customers best interests at heart.
