I would highlight the professionalism, sense of ownership and clear communication from Hannah and the team. They immediately arranged potential buyers in their books and in less than a week we had several good offers on the table; from then, we had regular updates at least once a week. As we got close to exchange, Hannah went above and beyond to arrange a suitable completion date across the entire chain. This was especially impressive, when compared to other estate agents in the chain.

Hannah is intelligent, helpful, personable and has always given me feedback straight after my viewings. She’s worked very hard to sell my property twice (as the first time it fell through). She has given me constant reassurance, gone above and beyond to call potential buyers instead of solely relying on advertising and has an informative non salesy approach, as opposed to ALL of the other estate agents that I’ve dealt with in Finchley.
They were fair on their selling fees, listened to what I wanted, had integrity and were honest.
I’d definitely use them again when buying or selling a property.
