They were so helpful from beginning to end, we sold very quickly and efficiently, and were always kept well informed. If we rang, we always got straight through and were greeted with courtesy, never had to wait to speak to somebody. Would highly recommend.

GoogleWorst letting agent ever. They forgot to tell the landlord we wanted the flat unfurnished. 3 days before we were due to move, they said we should look for another flat. I had to escalate to their manager, who it turns out, was trying to hide the mistake they made to the landlord and their HQ. It took 2 days to solve the issue. They promised the landlord was very good, which was not the case. He left us with damp issues for 3 months. We broke the contract after 3 months and moved out. They were equally negligent and difficult to deal with when we left. We are now over 6 weeks after the exit inventory and are still chasing for it. They lied to us repeatedly throughout the whole process. I would stay far away.

It is to our understanding that the landlord agreed to store the furniture before you moved, and to our knowledge there were no issues with this. Our agents have also informed us that all requests that you directed towards us were not resolved from our end as we had no part in the managing of the property.
