GoogleHannah from KFH is brilliant. Super proactive, professional, pleasant, ahead of the curve, diligent and great at keeping all parties updated throughout the process. We bought our new house via KFH and Hannah was genuinely amazing throughout. KFH are also very well organised and will routinely provide little grids with updates and feedback. I never had to chase once, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend KFH and Hannah to everyone.

GoogleI will highly recommend Cem for the letting services. He is very helpful and attention to the details. As we relocated from the foreign country, Cem has shared with us good advice and key points for consideration. We managed to rent our first home before we landed. This definitely gives us a peace of mind and save lots of our time.

GoogleHannah Willis and Dinesh Mirchandani have been invaluable in terms of their help selling my property. Hannah is intelligent, helpful, personable and has always given me feedback straight after my viewings. She’s worked very hard to sell my property twice (as the first time it fell through). She has given me constant reassurance, gone above and beyond to call potential buyers instead of solely relying on advertising and has an informative non salesy approach, as opposed to ALL of the other estate agents that I’ve dealt with in Finchley. They were fair on their selling fees, listened to what I wanted, had integrity and were honest. I’d definitely use them again when buying or selling a property. Thanks for everything guys. We got there in the end :)

GoogleKFH where amazing on both our sale and purchase, nothing was too much for them. Hannah was an absolute diamond with all our queries, viewing, and any concerns we may of had throughout the whole process keeping us well informed and upto date, making what is meant to be a really stressful time not stressful at all. Stuart the new branch manager again was the perfect example of what a manager should be , very approachable, down to earth and extremely professional he too made the whole process easy. All the estate agents will sell you the dream but these guys get the job done smoothly and efficiently . No brainer choose KFH

GoogleThe whole service was professional and streamlined. From the initial appointment by Dinesh, to the photographing and marketing and arranging the EPG, to the notification re viewings by Luke and Hannah and subsequent sale. Luke was our main contact and he was most polite, patient and sensitive to our concerns considering we had not sold anything for a very long time. We were kept informed of developments regarding our sale as and when the information became available to Luke. The whole team was helpful and supportive.

GoogleI had a very quick response to my message about a flat I wanted to rent from the agency and from then on, Andrei was extremely efficient and polite. We had absolutely no issues with him. He did all he could so that our renting of the flat went smoothly and hussle free. We are very grateful to him for all his hard work and professional services . Grace is an amazing young lady. She is an asset to the agency with the way she treats clients on the phone, in person or by email. She should go very far with that attitude as it’s an example to many about excellent first contact point in customer service which is so important. Thank you Andrei and Grace from us all. GoogleI can't praise KFH highly enough. From day 1 when Dinesh came to value our property we felt complete confidence that they would provide the best service. Hannah and Luke were extremely professional and gave feedback on each viewing, which was most appreciated. Luke went the extra mile to see the final sale over the line - nothing was too much trouble. Selling and buying can be very stressful but KFH made it so much easier with their calm confidence. I highly recommend them.

GoogleI used both the sales and lettings service at the Finchley KFH branch over the last few months. Luke was our contact in the sales team and he provided a great service. As the buyer I didn't feel pressured by Luke which was great as that would have made me walk away from the purchase. He was available when I had questions and when we wanted to view the property multiple times. In the lettings team we dealt with Dillon, supported by Gracie-Jo. Dillon also provided a great service. I felt fully informed in the process and he listened to what I was looking for. Everyone we have dealt with at this branch have been pleasant and stress free to deal with.

GoogleLuke and Hannah were excellent. They worked tirelessly to get buyers trough the door and ultimately secured us a sale. It was extremely easy to contact them both and they always kept me up to date on how things were progressing. Our house was very well promoted and the photography was exceptional. I would definitely recommend using KFH if you want to sell your property. They are a very professional outfit who are diligent and productive without being overly pushy or too sales like. Thank you again for all your hard work.

GoogleHollie is a great estate agent, although the deal didn’t ended up being with KFH, she was one of few if not the only agent throughout various agencies, that actually checked in with me, and not only interested in making a deal, but making sure I was happy about it, definitely will contact again when needed

GoogleWe had an excellent costumer service by Andrei Lehadus. As me and my partener needed to settle to our new flat as soon as possible, we were lucky enough to come across one of the best estate agents we have met so far in London. Mr Lehadus has been absolutely fantastic. He arranged our viewing as soon as possible and helped us until the very end in closing the arrangement. His great communication skills and patience lead us finding our new home and we owe it to him. We hope his work is recognised. Thanks again to the rest of the team for their support in finalising the stay. Great service.

She has been so polite and very responsive towards any question or queries we have regarding the renting of a certain property. She is also very polite and friendly throughout the process, which definitely helps loosen up the stressfulness.

GoogleI recently sold my flat in North Finchley with the help of KFH, the agents were all very professional & Liam helped keep me updated every step of the way. I sold fairly quickly & they helped get it over the line before the stamp duty increase. I also bought the flat from them 4 years ago & would highly recommend!
