GoogleI had a very nice experience with the letting team. Catalin Florea was the person that really helped me most. He is an amazing gentleman. I won't forget to mention the gentle man that took me to viewing Dillon Brown, He is nice too.. Infact the whole letting team are awesome, they made me get my apartments in less than 3 weeks. Thank some much guys.

GoogleMoving from abroad is a daunting endeavor, but the KFH staff (thank you Sid & Randall!) made the relocating process straight-forward and as uncomplicated as possible. Sid from lettings Finchley was absolutely amazing in assisting us with securing our new flat. He kept us informed every step of the way and was always available to answer our every question with patience and a knowledgeable answer. He really went above and beyond to make a complicated move possible in a short amount of time. We highly recommend working with Sid and the KFH team if you're planning to relocate!

GoogleAbsolutely delighted by the service of Rebecca Marsden from KFH. She is what a great looks like from an estate agent / advisor. She is prompt, courteous, not at all pushy, responsive. I have previously seen many estate agents where once its 5'0 clock they are not available ; they make you feel like you are at their mercy and you need them. Rebecca is exactly the opposite - she is always there to help you (doesn't matter if you are buying or selling), she will advise wherever required, she is kind - pragmatic, understands both selling and buying parties incentives. Her human skills makes her a stand out! I wish her all the best and thank for everything she has done to ensure that the transaction goes through.

GoogleKFH have been helpful with my search for a place to rent in Finchley. Hollie was very quick to respond and helpful with the search. In the end, I managed to get the place that I wanted in a short amount of time. Only thing that I found a little inconvenient throughout this whole process was the letting referencing through homelet who were asking for my savings statement when I felt that I had shown enough evidence to prove sufficient funds for rent.

GoogleThe team at KFH were fantastic when selling our property. They kept us regularly updated with feedback from potential buyers, and were responsive and courteous when arranging viewings. Ultimately, Afzal secured the sale - and he was diligent in making sure the process kept moving once we'd accepted the offer - but Liam and Sébastien were also on hand to help out and answer questions if needed. I'd definitely recommend KFH for anyone looking to sell a property in and around N12.

Catalin patiently answered all our questions (often more than once!), arranged a very detailed online viewing, and guided us through the UK referencing system in a way that made us feel truly supported. His professionalism, responsiveness, and kindness gave us complete confidence from overseas. Highly recommended for anyone navigating the London rental market - especially if you're relocating from abroad!

GoogleAvoid at all cost! Perfect example of how one employee ruins the reputation of a firm. We dealt with Dona and before she left for maternity leave forgot to extend out contract so we were left homeless. We made a mistake of choosing to stay with KFH when we moved to Muswell , same thing , awful estate agents, who provide no service and just want their commission.

GoogleI highly recommend Hollie for lettings. She has been so polite and very helpful during my search offering different places to choose and been very flexible with viewings. I have been in contact even with her other colleagues but no one was as polite and great as her. If you are looking to find a place to rent then go to KFH and ask for Hollie, she will help you for sure. Very knowledgeable *****

Special thanks to Sid who is very polite and patient in attending me. I was informed immediately for new property and very efficient viewing arrangement. GoogleKFH Finchley have been an absolute blessing from the go. Having previously tried (and failed) to sell and buy using online estate agents, the difference is simply spectacular. Hannah Willis in particular could not have been any more knowledgeable and any more helpful. She has almost literally moved mountains to support me with my many queries and she was always in the know about every single little step of a complex property transaction. Hannah was always extremely friendly and happy to chase whoever needed chasing and without her I do not think we would have been able to exchange and complete either on our sale or on our purchase. I hope I will not want to move house again in the near future, but if I ever do I will not even have to think about which estate agent to use, it's an absolute no brainer: KFH all the way!
