GoogleWe found our new apartment with KFH thanks to Sid and Dillon. They were both so helpful and professional, and made the move really easy. Sid was super efficient and was a very clear communicator, always letting us know expected timeframes for processes. Dillon also went above and beyond to make the move-in day go smoothly. And their office is open in the weekend - a massive help to those with busy weekday schedules. Thank you KFH!

GoogleIn a very quick and attentive way, Catalin of the North Finchley branch lettings department did a great job at helping find and facilitating the letting on a property in the area. We completed the agreement largely blind, having only had a video call/tour of the place which Catalin kindly conducted. Given our circumstances of moving to london from away, all details were made especially clear and accurate, and prompt. I would definitely recommend kfh Finchley, in particular Catalin, to assist with renting a property as a tenant.

GoogleWe recently worked with KFH to both buy a new home and sell our current home. We had not planned on buying (huge thanks to Afzal who arranged for us to see the property even though we were not looking to buy at the time and then did a fab job showing us around!) and so went in to the process somewhat suddenly and without much knowledge. Sebastien was incredible in taking us through everything step by step - he took time out to come to our home and talk to me about our thinking behind the move and current position. He instilled so much confidence in us that KFH would help us sell our current home quickly (which they did) and was an amazing support working with a very tough solicitor on the vendor side, frequently mediating discussions and disagreements. Finally, we were so pleased with Liam who managed the sale of our current home with the pressure of a very quick completion date in sight - all managed expertly meaning that we managed to complete on both properties on the same day despite having had no plans to move just 5 months earlier! Loved working with this team and would highly recommend them to anyone in future.

GoogleUnexperienced childish behaviour. They don’t take business seriously. The guy called caitlin is a horrible person. Rude and disrespectful behaviour he has.I don’t recommend anyone to do business with this agent. Why they give a job to this type of poor personality funny people. You should go and play a joker somewhere instead my dear.

GoogleKFH was very helpful in finding us a house to Let. They met most of the requirements we wanted. Catalin Florea was very good with communication and made time to help us view flats at our convince. He went above and beyond in insuring we were taken care of when he was out of office through Sid and other members of staff. We are happy with our new rental thanks to KFH. I would highly commend them for their professionalism and great customer care.

From the initial valuation to the final exchange, the entire process was handled with a level of professionalism and care that is rare to find. KFH have a fantastic handle on the local market. They provided honest, expert advice at every turn and managed to secure an offer that exceeded my expectations within weeks of hitting the market. Selling a house is notoriously stressful, but they took the 'sting' out of the process by being incredibly proactive and transparent. What really stood out was the communication; I was never left wondering what was happening. Even when hurdles arose, KFH handled negotiations with total expertise and kept the momentum going right until the end. It’s rare to find an agent who balances such high-level results with a genuinely personal touch. If you want an agent who actually cares about the outcome and makes the journey feel seamless, I cannot recommend the team at KFH highly enough. Five-star service from start to finish!

I worked with Hannah Willis, which was very helpful, communicative and understanding of the stresful moments when going through the process; always giving the correct information and answering plenty of questions in a nice and quick way. I would definitely choose her in order to manage my future flat if the time comes. Her help was very much appreciated.

But I needed to mention this about a gentleman called Haydar from KFH Estate Agent, Finchley branch who was so committed to finding my family and I a rented accommodation. He was extremely dedicated. The fact that he did find two beautiful properties to rent. We decided that the location wouldn't be suitable due the proximity of where our son's school is. Nevertheless, He was so determined. Although in the end, we ended up renting through another estate agent in the area we required. Haydar even called to check if everything was ok with the decision we made and to offer his services if/when required in the future! Now that's what you call "Customer Service" at its best! Thank you Haydar. You are highly recommended from me!

GoogleShantay was magnificent throughout the whole sales process. Guiding and pushing me, the buyer and both sets of solicitors throughout the journey in always a professional and timely manner. I had quite a difficult and drawn out sale due to shared ownership issues but I always felt reassured with Shantay that the deal would get done. I could contact her anytime and no request or worry of mine was too small for her I will definitely be using KFH and Shantay again for any future buys/sales and couldn't recommend them enough especially when it comes to shared ownership sales

GoogleI have been KFH lettings client for past few years now! Recently a new member in lettings department N Finchley Mr Randall who helped with letting my property was excellent. He was quick at answering queries and polite and kept me well informed through out the whole process. He is just exceptional and glad KFH has him in their lettings team. I feel reassured!
