They did not over commit, they advised well when offers arrived and managed the post offer sales process efficiently and with care, without being overbearing, but ensuring the sale remained on track. GoogleWe had very little time to find a house to rent when everything was going into lockdown. Elliot Swaby was absolutely fantastic at finding ways to overcome the many challenges and went above and beyond, responding quickly and very often out of hours in the evening and at weekends. It seemed impossible to move when everything had shut down but Elliot made it happen for us. Whatever he’s paid, he deserves a raise (and he didn’t ask me to say that!)

GoogleFound me a tenant in record time, before adverts had even gone up on online platforms. The valuation was a touch on the conservative side and we managed to secure slight higher with no trouble at all. There are also some additional fees on top of the headline figures so make sure to get a full breakdown before committing. Service from Alliyah has been really good and shes been quick to answer any questions and keep the process moving along. Thanks

GoogleI could not speak more highly of our experience with KFH. Having had a flat fall through at short notice, the company and particularly our agent Alliyah (and Clement) did all they could to get us a new flat as quickly as possible even though I was in Tokyo for work at the time. The process was extremely easy, and Alliyah was on hand to answer all our questions promptly. In the end we moved into a flat on the same weekend we had planned to move into the previous one. Would definitely recommend KFH.

GoogleWe rented our house in East Dulwich via the KFH team, and was so impressed with all of them. They managed to get viewings within a couple of days, and got us five offers within three days. Elliot was great at negotiating the offers, Alliah was fantastic with the communications with the tenants, they were very helpful with organising all the paperwork and certificates, and thank you Morgan for keeping up with the contract changes! It was lovely to meet Roxanne, and thank you for keeping everything running so smoothly.

Heather was amazing, once copied in with everyone else in the process she was chasing them non stop to get it over the line as quickly as possible for me. I would highly recommend them.

Marina, Holly, Jean-Pierre and all of Victorias team go above and beyond to help out and are truly competent and outstanding. I will continue to use KFH to let my apartment for this reason. I was looking for a house in East Dulwich and she always showed me the best properties, taking into consideration my preferences, needs and budget. She always provided me with excellent real estate advice, was extremely efficient, straight-forward, well-mannered, super nice and a pleasure to work with. She always went the extra-mile to help me find my next home and also be a great ambassador of KFH, even meeting me really early in the morning or late in the evening or even Saturdays when she was supposed to be off.

GoogleFinding a flat to rent in London can be hard work but the team at KFH made it an enjoyable and seamless process. I was impressed by the quality of the properties on offer but also by the incredibly personal service that I received. Georgia Gowing is a phenomenal agent - she really listened to my requirements and showed me an ideal property straight away. She is knowledgeable and treats her clients as individuals. She has a warm, professional manner and is very efficient and responsive. All my questions and requests were addressed promptly and it was fantastic service throughout the whole process - even with a follow up email to see how I was settling in! I was also impressed by the other KFH team members that I encountered in the office, on the telephone or via email. I was always greeted by name and they also were always helpful, polite and approachable. I have been raving to my friends, family and colleagues about the great service and experience I had with KFH. I have signed a long lease but when it comes to my next move or home purchase, I will be talking to KFH first! Huge thanks again Georgia and your excellent team!
