GoogleIf you are looking to buy or sell in East Dulwich and you don't already know Kyley (most people already do) then pop into KFH on lordship lane and say hi. Kyley is professional and experienced and her bubbly personality makes her great at what she does. Unlike most Estate Agents Kyley at KFH listened to exactly what we wanted and rang us soon as she found it! Kyley made the entire process from search to completion stress free and we couldn't be more grateful. When it comes to selling our flat, we know exactly who we will be going back to!

GoogleKinleigh Folkard & Hayward gave exceptional service throughout our moving process. With this being our first move into a premises following University, we were understandably nervous, however Elliot Swaby and Claire McNally ensured the process was smooth and without hassle. Elliot was great with us when we were visiting properties, going out of his way to ensure that we were all able to visit before signing. Also, both Claire and Elliot guided us through the documentation stage calmly and were both fantastic. I will be recommending to friends to use KFH moving forward when looking to relocate.

GoogleGreat service from Paul and his team. We previously went with a different estate agent in East Dulwich and the difference was remarkable. Kyley worked really hard managing the sale of our Flat and provided a really efficient, committed and proactive service despite the tough market conditions. She has also been very diligent with managing the sale process, liasing regularly with both us and the buyer to keep us in the loop and push through through to completion. I highly recommend using KFH based on our recent experience 👍

GoogleI called KFH East Dulwich, following a Rightmove property letting alert. I spoke with Roxanne Johnson and, although the property had only just gone on the market that morning, Roxanne called me back within 30 minutes and we arranged a viewing to take place just an hour later. During the viewing Roxanne was helpful, informative and friendly - she even gave me a lift back to the agency to place the holding deposit! Throughout the process of securing the tenancy, Roxanne has been professional and prompt in all correspondence. Would definitely recommend this agency.

GoogleJust completed on a property in East Dulwich. KFH and in particular Lewis Gilder were a great help in simplifying the process for me, a first time buyer, as well as appropriately pushing the lawyers and the bank to ensure completion date was on/about the date we targeted. Lewis Gilder in particular went above and beyond what I would expect of an ordinary agent - as well as being very prompt to return my emails/calls he also had no issue contacting the lawyers and my broker directly to speed the process along where required and has also helped me out with additional queries I had such as recommending plumbers / electricians and remaining calm and flexible whilst completion dates kept moving.

For 4 years the management and swift finding of tenants is faultless. Now we live back in oz many issues Philip and his team have assisted with as we cannot due to time differences and living overseas. Never thought I would write a review for an estate agent but they absolutely deserve it!

Kyley was outstanding and was great in helping me with my first property purchase. Googlei would like to say how fantastic marina was, nothing was a problem, had a few difficulties but she solved them, one occasion she spent over a hour helping me with home let on my computer. marina also got me a property within a few days 3 years ago other estate agents were not very good kevin mcmahon

She really put a lot of thought into showing buyers around my property and always relayed constructive feedback. It was a breath of fresh air to work with her on selling my property.
