Victoria went above and beyond our expectations and within one week only had viewed, surveyed, arranged several viewings and let out property. Victoria made the process so seemingly simply and straight forward. It was as if we blinked and it was all handled, managed and executed!

GoogleWe had on December moving in to our new flat in south London area of West Norwood and that happened thanks to Zac Green Negotiator member of KFH Lettings Agency in East Dulwich . The chap was very professional and helpful . Everything went very fast through admin staff and payment dues so we could move in on our expected date . GoogleWe had such a pleasant experience buying a new house in Dulwich with Kyley in the midst of on-going pandemic - she knew exactly what we were looking for and dealt with all of our queries with high professionalism. Stephen also helped us with finalising the deal - very attentive and responsible as well. Both Kyley and Stephen made the deal get through in such a short time even when circumstances were not favourable. I will definitely go back to them if I need to sell/purchase the house again. He regularly went above and beyond for myself as a client and stood out amongst his competitors in a particularly busy market. It was clear that Zac was considering my needs in my property search and genuinely responsive to them (which isn’t always the case when working with other real estate agents). Zac’s attentiveness and in-depth knowledge of the market and area meant that he could consistently put up thoughtful alternative suggestions which I hadn’t considered myself which were always well received and in fact found to meet my needs (and ultimately that I pursued). Best of all Zac is just honest to deal with, even in guiding me through any negotiation process and setting realistic expectations of valuations and prices. I felt I was in very capable hands with Zac and would definitely seek him out if I was ever renting, leasing or buying a property in the future.PositiveProfessionalism
