My partner and I had a really excellent experience with KFH in finding our new flat. We found that the whole team and the agent we worked most closely with (Marina) were very attentive, professional and friendly throughout the process, and went above and beyond to make our move as smooth as possible. Marina was very warm in showing us around the flat, and answered any questions. During the process of agreeing the contract, the team were brilliant in getting the move underway and liasing with the landlord; it saved us a lot of hassle! On the day of moving, also, KFH were really outstanding. My partner and I were delayed, but the team still waited behind after hours to give us our keys, and were very warm and understanding. They really saved our evening, as they didn't have to do that! Really pleased with our experience of working with KFH (lettings). One of the few agencies who didn't try and force a viewing down our throats on initial inquiry. Instead, they sent us a video tour and asked that we let them know if we'd like to progress to an in-person viewing (which is so responsible re Covid, and again, not like any other agency we experienced). We couldn't attend an in-person viewing, so Jenna gave us a virtual viewing, showing us around and answering all of our questions. Since moving in Jenna has been in regular contact and quickly resolved any minor issues. Highly recommend!PositiveProfessionalism
