GoogleStephen Akinlusi at KFH East Dulwich worked really hard from valuation to completion to secure a firm offer on my house that proceeded to completion. Stephen and his team communicated well and kept me updated as the sale progressed. There's a couple of nice touches in the KFH sales process: the statement the vendor writes about their own home, what is good about their house and location and why they like living there; also the book of sales pictures of the house which makes a really nice souvenir and memento of your former home. Thanks Stephen and team.

GoogleMoving house is notably one of the most stressful life events and selling our much-loved family home was always going to be a challenging time. Stephen understood this right from the start and has been incredibly calm and supportive throughout. All the way through the process we were in very good hands: Stephen and Jamie were always available, quick to respond to us, offered practical support with all the paperwork and scanning. When we had an extremely stressful moment with our buyers, Stephen took control of the situation and smoothed it over and we were able to proceed without any further reduction on the price. We really cannot thank them enough for all their help. I will certainly be coming back to KFH when I look to buy again in East Dulwich.
