Used this outlet and felt completed to leave a feedback. After several weeks they found an unsuitable tenant who could not provide any proof of employment, apparently this could only be provided once she moved into the property. I was then asked to downgrade my recently renovated high specification three bedroom house to a 2 bedroom and market the third bedroom as a study despite it having a built in wardrobe. Where is the logic? Obviously, a waste of time and I would never use them again or recommend. AVOID.

Arranged a viewing on Saturday 11:30 am with Jean Pierre Ortega, he wasn’t even working that day so I was left outside the property waiting for 2 hours until I was able to view with someone else from the team. We had a TERRIBLE experience with KFH East Dulwich. The agent specifically told us that the existing furniture in the property could be removed. This was crucial for us, as we had already paid a large sum to ship our own furniture internationally. After we signed the contract, she completely changed her position and said the furniture could not be removed. When we spoke directly with the landlord, it became clear that the FURNITURE WAS NEVER REMOVABLE IN THE FIRST PLACE. This was a clear misrepresentation that led us into signing under FALSE INFORMATION. As a result, we are now stuck with two sets of furniture in the flat, and KFH East Dulwich has washed their hands of responsibility, telling us WE MUST PAY FOR STORAGE AND REMOVAL OURSELVES!!! This behaviour is unacceptable and highly UNPROFESSIONAL. I would strongly advise others to avoid KFH East Dulwich.

I saw numerous properties before working with Myles and he found a winner the first time around! He has been such a joy to work with during the lettings process and has a great sense of humour. I can't recommend Myles enough and will definitely be recommending him to all of my friends and will be keeping in touch for the next time I need help with a home search.
